  The Nohnu in the Qur'an is a plural of respect in Arabic that Allah used for himself not any spirit or deity. For example: if the Queen of England passed a decree on other smaller countries under her rule; she will say "We have decreed...". The "We" represent the Queen not any other authority. It's called plural of respect! Thank you
