My Channel DIY Diesel is designed around Positivity, Encouragement, and Challenging Yourself. We mainly focus on Duramax Diesels, but I have knowledge on all 3 major brands. I take pride in all the products I use, and install on the trucks I have. I also do product, and tool reviews as well.
In my videos, I talk about important things to do & NOT to do with your Duramax, and what products I have found to be the best. Along with what products may fit your budget, and still give you the quality you seek!
I take pride in Family First! I am a blessed husband & father. I am a US Army Veteran, and am very thankful to have served this great country! I will do my absolute best to keep my content consistent for everyone, and always looking to improve your experience following the channel.

My trans went out and my aftermarket 3rd brake light started leaking while it’s been sitting waiting on trans to come back from shop and had mold all in it I’m fixing to have to remove everything and pressure wash carpet and let air dry for few days. 2001 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab
Did you round the corners off on that push lever?
bruh 6.0 is fire also mane
Or you could take the plate off and if the studs need to be removed just buy a 2.50 stud puller from harbor freight.
WHAT YEAR WOULD FIT A 2008 CREW CAB SILVERADO
So that pan does not include a gasket? I couldn't tell if the factory pan had one or not. Have you had any leaks or drips since the install?
Wait what the hell to remove a stud shouldn’t you use two nuts sandwiched. Would have been easier and I believe it’s the right way.
lol bro don’t know how to use his tools
great video helped a ton
Just found your channel. new sub. Thought it was my hydro boost leaking, but gearbox/pitman arm seal pissing bad. Thanks for calling out the wrench sizes. I'm old(64) but after watching your vid I think I can handle it myself, I do have a lift ;) I flush my fluid every 30K. Cheers
Thank you 🙏
hey man, i know this videos 3 years old and you may know this by now. but, when measuring with the digital calipers at 5:00, the 2 protruding sharp fingers coming out from the opposite side you used to measure the inside diameter of the hole can be used to put inside the hole, and expanded until they make contact so you don’t have to eyeball it, and they can make contact to get a precise measurement. nice video!
I used it in my Gunns a few times. Cleans out barrel good.
I just lost my cobras in a customers engine bay yesterday

Please explain to me why so much lubricant is needed 🤷🏼♂️. Curious as I'm not sponsored by kroil. BTW, Free all works better, and you don't have to waste so much money .
So im confused! I clicked on the link for the up pipe, but it says driver side. Am i missing something?
140 foot pounds
How do you use it
How many miles does your truck have? I have a 06 LBZ 2500 and I'm trying to figure out how heavy of a 5th wheel or trailer I can pull with 375,000 miles? Any input would be greatly appreciated.
Or, you could use two nuts and loosen it with a common crescent wrench. And you wouldn't mess up the threads for no reason.
The only flaw is the balancer having to come off to get the water pump out.
There’s no way to get torque wrenche in there so hoping it’s tight enough?
Whats the rpms on that thing, if they too high it will damege the blade after a few cuts
Ill stick with klines
Any generic obd scanner will give you that code. Stop playing silly. You must be sponsored. If so you should disclose that.
Wouldn't even think snap on or knipex.. CHANNEL LOCK 410 or 414
great info, thanks for taking time to make a video..
120?
nm
Thanks for the help with the shoes. How come you didn't change the other bearing and both races?
This guy is great
I guess I'm just unlucky, ive cut 2 orings putting that coolant pipe back in
Did you have to leave the gasket in sun before wraping it around window ? How long did it take to wrap around im having tough time getting it to hold
That’s a total BS on Chevy part that emergency brake cable. I made mine adjustable back at the leaf spring engineers don’t have to do it so they don’t care now it’s a half hour job instead of having a heart attack trying to get those two together 😁
I know a guy that one of the pistons seized up couldn't get freed up. He had it about 4months harbor freight said sorry about your luck. 90day warrantee
No
Did you ever finish doing the rockers and cab corners?
Sorry to hear about Zeus.
Hold on! Don’t leave the end of that hose you ran down there open? You’re not worried it will suck air into the motor?
Nobody uses a stud instalation/removal tool? Or jam nut it and use a wrench? Pliers are a messy solution when dedicated tools exist
Very well detailed video
Where did you get the pully put onner
Channel locks
Do you have to loosen the trans dip stick nut? I unbolted my bands but not the trans dipstick one and the downpipe will not move
Ram 3500 Cummins HO on CAT scale has like 5500 lbs on the front axle, for price & quality Daytona 4 ton is the way to go
And the myth is ? You literally said nothing and I can't understand half of it.
