  Diane Little the idea used to be that of someone successful in war and chivalry coming from cheval horse in French I believe. Then became rewards for business success politics... In which case it should be women children and babies first into the lifeboats as on Titanic some rich men refusing to go before women and children while another took a lifeboat for just him his wife and a few ...leaving 45 or so empty seats and people freezing in the water allegedly.
