I don't know if I will get into the hand pour style of soft bait making but they definitely look awesome can't wait to see what you do next. decided to start making my own to save money but I might sell some if they look good enough.

I’m starting a bait business and this was interesting to hear you discuss. I realized early on that I did NOT want to spend time to mold anything, and China offered solutions. I understand why you want to pour the molds yourself, it’s your passion, but that’s unimaginable to me. I’ll box some stuff, put some labels on, ship things, brand things, but making it yourself seems un-scalable. It’s wild that people are vitriolic about soft plastics, that’s hilarious to me honestly.

Hey there. Live your channel a lot. I don’t know if you done this color before or not. The color is a two color pattern. The color is chartreuse pearl. The chartreuse yellow on top, and pearl white on bottom.

I started making my own lures recently. I did not want to invest a lot of money so I went with stone molds first. Have to say they work great! Just have to keep them oiled up. I use oil butter spray and also let the molds cool down if I am making a lot of lures as they tend to stick for some reason. I have also made my own molds and they came out okay. Not perfect but I am catching bass on them all which is really cool

6 teaspoons per ounce. Means 24 1/4 teaspoons per ounce. One 4-ounce jar of flake is 96 1/4 teaspoons. $6/jar = $6/96 1/4 teaspoon scoops = 6.25 cents per 1/4 teaspoon scoop.

I put a rod in the body of the molds and turn the lure into a core shot lure. The color change is anchored through the length. Therefore I don't have to reheat to secure

My wife is mad at the baitmaking community now. She says you all haven't seen an actual watermelon candy in your lives. She says you made sparkly pea soup, not watermelon candy. I'm just the messenger. She says there's no pink, and it's too dark. Both of us vote for the blue craw curlytail, though. Beautiful colorshift, reminds me of motor oil but better.
