I have never seen an instructor wearing HEELS??? Also, stepping on reformer??? Very odd ... dangerous. You never mentioned sizes of people or spring settings ... stoppers.
I'm a big fan of your channel I had subscribed pilatesology, and let me tell you. This doesn't work. really...I'm native Korean speaker and fluent in English. This Korean sounds ...weird. I tried so hard to understand what this speaker say and I think it's even easier when it's spoken in English. Please find native Korean and get some advice....

If you would put entire videos on KZread and monetize them your subscribers would go up to a million in no time...and you would help more people and make more money. You could have sponsors that pay you to advertise for them as well. Some of the sites I subscribe to make over a quarter million dollars a month. And...I get to watch their entire video, no cost to me. Just sayin.

Hi! It's made by Gratz. We recommend their equipment. here is a link: www.pilates-gratz.com/ They still use the original blueprints and manufacturing specs that Joe passed to Donald Gratz all those years ago. These are hand made too... We even did a Gratz tour and you can see it in the interviews and discussions section on the website.. Have a great day!
