    I have never seen an instructor wearing HEELS??? Also, stepping on reformer??? Very odd ... dangerous. You never mentioned sizes of people or spring settings ... stoppers.

    I'm a big fan of your channel I had subscribed pilatesology, and let me tell you. This doesn't work. really...I'm native Korean speaker and fluent in English. This Korean sounds ...weird. I tried so hard to understand what this speaker say and I think it's even easier when it's spoken in English. Please find native Korean and get some advice....

You could have sponsors that pay you to advertise for them as well. Some of the sites I subscribe to make over a quarter million dollars a month. We recommend their equipment. here is a link: www.pilates-gratz.com/ They still use the original blueprints and manufacturing specs that Joe passed to Donald Gratz all those years ago.
