Don’t even waste your time..they spent more on the lobby, then the necessary upgrades.. from the carpet to the tour.. lousy ❤ just ask for Ryan.. he’ll show you the floor plans you didn’t show up to see then have you walk down to the office to bring up another floor plan he wants to show you but instead will show you on your way.. I flew into town only to be VERY DISAPPOINTED…& let the Valet Know NOT TO TUCH YOUR RADIO.. BECAUSE HE WILL.. i was so annoyed when my bluetooth was disconnected from my rental .. i had no clue how to connect it back.. don’t even bother.. Head to Slates or the Quincy .. You wont leave disappointed ❤

What if they ask for a credit check but ask you to use the website they use ? Because i was asked about my credit score but then they told me to use checkfreescore and i saw on reddit that it was a scam

You guys...almost an hour of fire alarm testing during working hours? People WFH and you are really disturbing us. There are so many fire alarm testing that it's pretty much crying wolf. If there was an actual fire, no one would evacuate because this happens so often. Please find a better way for your residents...

Clearly the designer is not skilled at budgeting. So little for $15,000.
We originally were only going to do one room, but once we heard their story we were able to spread the budget to update 3 bedrooms and a living room! We paid for quality products over quantity.
