that guitar seems to have a Argentine gaucho on the top, do you know where it come from?

Was sold in department stores in 1947-50. A cheap knock of a Gene Autrey guitar. Cowboy guitar for kids.

These were made by R.S. Williams out of Toronto, they all have the funny flat spot behind the headstock from the transition to the neck...

I met Johnny Cash in Winnipeg in 1971 when it was -30C. I was 13, he was alone dressed in black head to toe, one look in his eyes spoke a million words to me, I'll never forget it, good composition Paul.

Stellar song, however, the reason I left the beauty of BC was because, last time I was on the shoreline, had a vision in my head of hundreds of thousands of little boats approaching the shores with China soldiers with guns! Well, before that though we had a Tsunami warning and that totally freaked me out, said to self do not be here when the BIG one hits! Got out of Dodge real quick and now in the relative safety of the heartland {Inland}.

You are correct, I had everything I ever owned taken from me, but nothing can ever take away my dreams, and my dreams never died, I survive, and prosper, love. And I still have my dreams, that's what keeps me alive! Did you hear about the 14 yr old kid who did a science fair project and got a huge award from the scientific community because what she discovered will help cure Covid??? Yeah, they probably gave her the award and the pharmaceutical companies will make billions from her discovery and hard work. The world we live in.

Your music is stellar, once you get that guitar finished and share music using it with the world, well, that will be your gravy train! :)
