Good morning I really enjoy your videos. Looks like you moved it from the spot it was in previous videos. Is it hard to move around? I’m asking bc I’m 90% sure I want to get the abs pit boss but I want to use it at the house and in competition and catering. @@pitmastertoby2598 I sold mine a while back but a quick question. I have a offset smoker now. Do you think it you can make just as good of brisket cooking them in the foil pan? I know it would make it a lot easier for cleanup and do you put a rack under the brisket, then set it in the foil pan? Or do you just set it right in the bottom of the pan? Thanks for any info

hey @robertburnett1970 in the offset it will better. straight in the pan with no rack I like better either way is fine. I like I said in many of my videos it's the juice that makes the brisket. I sell out everytime at my restaurant. God bless

hey firefly. this route 1 on fort carson; a 22 miler one way then it turns into dirt road. we turn around once we get to the end.
