  I have 2 of the Anker 313 wireless stand charger and when I place the phone on there with the case in, it will charge for 10 sec then stop charging. When I flip the phone upside down, it will continue to charge.

  It won't work well when in use with a battery/wallet/etc. because it's too thin and will interfere with the pen. Only case I've seen that works with magsafe is the Magbak and that's because there is shielding in the case itself. Plenty of youtube videos on this.
