    Hi, I Love Blau Varadero Hotel, I was in this hotel during 7 days, since 7th to 14th of may 2024 and I love this, very beautiful beach, not rain during all my trip in Cuba! It was my first experience to Cuba and I would like to return at Varadero, wow!

    The problem is that you can only multiply a surplus. If your basic expenses are equal or even bigger then your income it’s not really possible. Same is for mortgages: you need to earn enough, to even be considered. The base ideology is: if you’re poor it’s your fault.

    Hi Vasja Brilj, what you say is right and in most cases is like this...most of the case to all. Specifically in Luxembourg which respect to other country offers many advantages, surely if we change the point of view from "let's see what remain at the end of the month to see if I can save, invest etc" to "let me approach a very basic life just for few years with the right plan and let's increase the surplus at the end of the month..." trust me will be much better, especially if you will request a mortgage. first real example? me! starting here from zero... another example few of my customers. I say few because many give up after their first consultation, as I don't promise magic things ...at the beginning is hard and must be hard not for too much time...thanks a lot for your message that provided me a chance to explain better my point of view...enjoy the channel!

    @@MarcoGilardi_MG Sure it`s true in most cases, it`s called statistics based facts. You give yourself as an example, starting from zero. Tell me, did you move to Luxembourg with zero euros? You're mentioning change of perspective to "let me approach a very basic life for a few years" - define basic please. Housing I imagine? Food? What happens with that perspective when, for example, your housing expenses are more then half your income? Would you consider homelessness at this point as a basic option? Or for example would you consider having just one meal a day, because your washing machine broke and a new one is exactly the same about as your monthly food budget? It`s also quite interesting hearing the wording you use to describe the ratio between "success" and "failure" when it comes to your working performance - "just a few". Almost as interesting as the term "give up". It`s such a transparent spin that has been used for such a long time. If you're poor it`s basically because you chose to be poor. Or to use your term, you gave up, because you chose to give up. As if someone's life is decontextualised from this reality. To speak in real terms: income 1300. Rent 700 (shared), food 300 (discounts, deals and special offers), compulsory insurance 200, phone/internet 100. Without any car, any transport, any leisure expenses, any clothing, any unplanned expense. Tell me, how does the change in my attitude affect my financial status? How much would you be able to save in a situation where the bare minimum is "too much"? Ever considered this as an option instead of interpreting an objectively impossible situation as giving up?

    @@bsl025 thank you for your comment and for being direct, I do not thank you so much for the fact that you surely think what I say is all theory impossible, but for the fact that you are dealing with the situation in a very polite but direct way! really thanks for that! people should do like you did when you are not convinced of something even if in a less negative way! ... otherwise there is a risk that due to one's own failure or lack of knowledge of making a bundle of all the grass and self-limiting ... I like it when you go into details and unfortunately few people do it. Those questions are based on no trust otherwise if you trust you will ask for a consultation anyway you spent your time to comment my video so take my long reply as thanks from my side ...I will try to answer all your questions but probably it will be needed a video for that....anyway here you are: 1)Tell me, did you move to Luxembourg with zero euros? Answer: Yes! 2)define basic please(?) Answer: depending on which stage of the plan you are ...before a job and or relocation... the site for cultural exchange, leave in a car (that's a 5-star hotel when you are homeless). After a job: in Italy discount, there was a product chicken 99 cents basically bonds rest but very good for soup...potatoes are cheap, flour, etc 3)What happens with that perspective when, for example, your housing expenses are more than half your income? Answer: You never leave Italy right? otherwise, you cannot ask this question. Many people survive for years like this...so anyway consider changing the country (but again is u to you...). From Italy, in most cases, I will not change for Germany for instance not too much difference in terms of opportunities to financially succeed... 4) Would you consider homelessness at this point as a basic option? Answer: sure! already mentioned above 5)To speak in real terms: income 1300. Rent 700 (shared), food 300 (discounts, deals and special offers), compulsory insurance 200, phone/internet 100. Answer: real terms? 1300 as starting point income?? very good starting point...then 700 shared is too much where do you live? food 300 is too much as starting expenses...impossible for you? lets do a deal if I have a solution :). Compulsory insurance 200 (monthly)???? where do you live? shared, or are yearly? or not paid directly by you to the insurance therefore to the owner... if yearly or shared you should give the right value...important to slit also the shared costs with the rent! you didn't. Phone/internet ???do not consider those...then you want to do except with the phone? take prepaid and change before expiring last 5 euro charge and or sim...6 months 1 year? for sure not 1200 yearly for those... (especially at the beginning of your plan) 6) How much would you be able to save in a situation where the bare minimum is "too much"? Answer: much more than you look at my reply. And by the way in EU we are considering only money but what about non-EU people coming to in EU? that in some cases the hardest part (visa permission etc....that's very limiting but there are ways, who reach that have very good chance to go further on the next step and financial level...) For me, all people should be free in 2022 to work where they want without any Visa! 7) Ever considered this as an option instead of interpreting an objectively impossible situation as giving up? Answer: once people ask questions they already think that everything is impossible... will any reply change their life approach? Answering myself : )....it will depend if you "decide" to believe that is something impossible or not...my role is not to convince you I'm right however facts talks more than my answers but is your role, scope and responsibility to change first if you want and especially if what you have done so far didn't work...     Ciao! Per la dichiarazione del 2019 credo avresti dovuto farla nel 2020. Per le due società forse erano part-time entrambe e comunque avresti dovuto ricevere 3 certificati agli inizi del 2020. Io fossi al posto tuo avrei chiamato o visitato direttamente per info il tuo ufficio per la dichiarazione e avrei chiesto. Secondo me è come dici tu di sommare i campi ma poi dovremmo vedere dove è sempre applicabile field dopo field.. a presto! Marco

    Hi, Inder Pal thanks so much for your appreciation. Concerning the topic, you raised...everything we plan it depends of our own scope first. There is no good plan if we don't know where we are going... without knowing your scenario can generally say that even if the temptation can be strong comparing normal home prices, I will personally never do it. "Long term" doesn't mean "forever"...which change a lot (just for instance...). There are solution that keeps us poor and solution that could change our life completely... Some solution sometime limits our flexibility in "change management" approach if the scenario around us will change...not only if scenario change in a negative way but even in a positive way...The question is: why we should think that we cannot do a plan to have a better life, including much power, much control, much flexibility and freedom in a long term? Starting from 0 in 2,5 years I bought a new Villa 300 m2 on 20 ares of ground in Luxembourg while many people were telling impossible. It is NOT impossible we just need the right way to run!     Dear A E thanks for your comment. Being a "slave" of a bank is something really wrong. I get a villa 300 m on 20 areas of ground in Luxembourg and I'm no a slave of any bank...like me other people. You need a plan for it. The goal is to find the best solution following your Target first! The best solution doesn't mean the easier one... if you wish my company can help you with that. Anyway, I agree to don't work all life for the bank but I suggest also to don't work for your homeowner... I hope you all the best with your project! Nice day

    Hello Marco, I have heard that in Luxembourg it is possible to re-negotiate the mortgage contract? If it is the case, one can apply for a variable rate and change it to fixed once the interest rate starts to increase. What do you think about this approach?

    Hello Alexander, sure you can ask, not only in Luxembourg...but the banks can refuse it...The best approach is based on the best study. We have to see many details and calculate the best scenario for your case. it can be an option to be considered... Surely my goal normally is that you have to pay fewer interests and enjoy this money for you and your family...
