  Sis, how are you? Explain me clearly please As on VFS global there is no applying from Congo 🇨🇩 to Lithuania 🇱🇹 And if i send someone to The Embassy of Lithuania on nearest country as South Africa in Pretoria to ask if they the Embassy does issue visas for citizens of democratic Republic of Congo 🇨🇩 Then if they confirm. Yes Then i submit my application online and done. So how will i book my biometric appointment?

  That is challege in east europe salary is very less thats why young guys from those country immigrate to other country in west europe like germany ,france,and other 900 euro to 800 can only pay small apartment. rent .
