The problem I see with this supposedly Christian couple is that they are very vain, they love extravagance and ostentation. Always bragging about whatever it is, his marriage, his wealth, the most expensive and cutting-edge clothes, jewelry, etc... I have a gold advice : 50''00=47''50=21''75=10''80 ( with perfect technic) So if under 50 in hurdles it's necessary to have the same speed that someone in 10''80 absolutly minimum. So top speed per sec is the first edge to have. Stay strong
