As always, it's great. I didn't know it was possible to work with Symmetry like that. Thank you.

2:15 Since with CreaseSet+OpenSubdiv we anyway need to insert some edge rings near the actual edges for better adjusting the subdivision, just like we do when we manually adjust the topology when using TurboSmooth ... what is actually the advantage of using TurboSmooth then? Isn't better to use CreaseSet+OpenSubdiv right away for production models?

Absolutely, I respect your opinions. We are eternally grateful for everything you have taught us. But there is something I can't understand: why did you go through the extra effort to delete the videos you had already uploaded, depriving us and those who come after us of them? I know you have courses on platforms like Udemy, but accessing all the courses through KZread was very convenient. However, now we are deprived of that. Nevertheless, I have learned everything thanks to you, and no amount of thanks will ever be enough

4:55 How can you select polygons and switch to their selected vertexes? When I switch to vertex mode, all of them are unselected. 4:59 And then snap all of them into some vertex position?

Hello Arrimus. I have a complex 3d model design that I was asked to make in 3ds max. what tier in Patreon should I become for a video showing me how to make few of the objects in 3ds max?
@THEXRSCAR25 күн бұрын
Start with Arrimus Ultimate 3D Modeling Course if you've never really used 3dsmax before... and I wouldn't really expect to just complete a course in 3dsmax and then be able to model anything you want, it takes practice and getting better at more complex designs over time. You can know all the tools but just like an artist, you know what a brush and paint does... doesn't mean your going to make a masterpiece overnight.

I have recently found out that sometimes the Cut tool doesn't allow me to freely put new vertexes on the mesh, it always snaps on existing vertexes or edges, and I don't have any Snap options nor constraints enabled... what's happening? I'm looking up on the net and people have the same problem without any solution. It seems that keeping SHIFT pressed and/or activate Split solves the problem... Confusing.

I'm still a little confused. While it is better to use operands of similar density when using in booleans operations, It is better to use more o less dense operands? It looks that if you use denser objects you can obtain both high-poly and also low-poly results afterwards with retopology tools. But if you use less dense objects it looks that's easier to repair the results by hand as seen in the vid...
