Do you change or put your own tags in shirts or do you just use the og tag
We do printed tags if the customer is paying us to put them in, otherwise the stock tag stays
What software are you using for your workflow?
When mixing Pantones for a job, how much do you mix/how do you decide how much to mix per job?
We have it standardized to mix 500g per color which covers some pretty big jobs. If we have something where we know we will be using a lot, we double it
I tried this with water base and just ended with dry screens. what is the water base way ?
What software do you use for print ink labels?
The labels come out of our ink mixing software
4:05 is a cinematic masterpiece 🤣 More of that please you guys 🤟🏻The ink shelf system is awesome too, makes so much sense and you get an instant result for the ink's location, nice work!
Lee, do you know that Ethernet is more secure then wifi!
Can you disclose your bag vendor in china?
what machine do you recommend that is more affordable for someone just beginning?
I can’t believe you didn’t paint those wood shelf dividers! I’m so disappointed lol
That was one of those time vs. money things that just didn't add up for me haha
Been watching for a long time now. This dude is a genius. Impresses me more and more every video.

Great to see the improvements in the shop. Also thanks for the tip about coating screens 1 to 1 with the round edge of the coater, it has improved the quality of our emulsion layer. xx
What vinyl cutter are you using in this video? Love your videos..
Thanks! This is the graphtec FC9000-160
I have heated grips. I just need those tires.
we going to miss you Savvy at the shop
we going to miss you Savvy at the shop
How do you organize your t-shirt?
lol! the pit bike action scene was too perfect. we need more fun stuff like that
The ink rack organization is awesome! The shops I've worked at all have had their own system for sorting inks. A similar set-up, but not nearly as fancy, and none had the inks catalog on a computer. Very cool. Thanks for sharing.
Lee, for the banners get yourself a DeTape Eyelet Press. It'll save you hours of time as it has an auto hopper and wheels. Complete game changer, worth their weight in gold.

Next level organization for ink! But we want to know... what's inside those crates, though? 👀😎
Nothing but greatness inside of those crates. We'll reveal it very soon 😎
I just recently got into screen printing, i love watching the vids they keep me going, ive had about 2 weeks of just trying to get emulsion down pact now, almost quit a few times but watching these vids makes me try again!
Organisation is key. Love the new ink system 👌👌
It makes a huge difference in the shop
Congratulations for the CTS
Thanks!
Dang i was rooting for her being the only girl in the shop but I noticed her energy didtnt flow well. Oh well...as always enjoyed the content
I'll hire anyone who's the right fit for the shop. Just didn't work out this time.
I really appreciate the work of the tajima tmez embroidery machine
these were a crazy couple of days lol
You can never say you have a boring job 😂
Fire content as always!!! You setting the bar real real high.
Great idea. Shop looks wonderful.
Thanks! We're making improvements every day
Just started screen printing like 2 weeks ago. You are such a motivation in this. Unfortunately in Poland we are not on the same technology level and a lot of equipment is not available at all. Hope best for You !
Anatol is from Poland! You can get the very same technology we have.
I wish i had your organizing discipline!!!!!
Anyone can learn it! I was a messy person before I started all of this
In the last video it was clear that your employee was not happy. I even thought to myself that sooner or later she would leave.
There was a real difficult conversation that morning
Yup, knew she wasn't going to last! I've worked embroidery in a big shop and you have to MOVE!! Have sets running while your hooping the next set while you're prepping the next job while you're putting backing in and doing finishing work, threading machines, pulling new colors, doing hats, shirts, bags, jackets, beanies etc...running multiple machines!! It is a fast paced job and nothing gets done unless you keep moving your entire shift except for lunch!! It's very satisfying when you get in a groove and killing it! It is not a job for slow people that's for sure!!! Regardless of that, extremely sick ink organization! I love it and all the new improvements are amazing!!
I'm not as much worried about production speed out of my people, as I am with them bringing good energy and being team players. Speed can always be taught
@@leestuart38 Well in that case it would be a damn blessing to work for you, because the shop I worked for were fucking slave drivers!!!! LMAO 🤣
Just got my first print press. It is old AF never seen one like it. Called a “Slide-A-Print”. Gonna be a minute before I can try it out but it was free so no complaints from me lol
I've honestly never heard of that press before but you can't argue with free equipment haha. Good luck with it 🤘🏻
❤❤
The organization of the ink shelf was bad ass! The pit bike made a cameo!! I'm so pumped! Alejandro is kicking ass on this footage and edits too. Overall a great video
Thanks man, we're trying to keep it interesting. I really liked this video 😎
I called it on Savvy as soon as I saw the description. She didn't look remotely happy on the last video
There was a difficult conversation that morning
@@BigMoosePrinting Yeah, you could definitely see it in her body language. I hope she finds some kind of work that she’s passionate about.
Great improvement!! That looked like a hell of a lot of work, but I think it will definitely pay you back in saved time,,,and everyone likes to work in an organized shop.
It's already paid off in so many ways. We are saving insane. Amounts of time with this.
Our new ink system is incredible! What improvements are you making in your shop?
these videos make me wanna record the process @ my shop, watching while embroidering hahaha
Do it!
You are still our hero
Looking forward to this. My Sunday is not complete without one of your videos
Hope you like it!
