Could I get a link for the mudguards please
Comments are freakin completely dis railed but liked the vid, the bike and your track!! Nice work man!! And just to join in the child like argument varg is cool also not built to be green. And if you tell me youll laugh at me at the track while the varg is charging fool wtf makes you think people only got one bike.. lol but seriously that would be my argument why can’t i have and enjoy both electric and gas 🤷♂️ lighten the fuck up and enjoy whats around you. Have experiences just because and stop being a little biatch. Lol
Very excellent video.
how much better is this bike vs a 350 exc-f on the tight stuff ?
@jwvspupsv1679 much better. The tighter and more rough, the better this bike will be in comparison
Where is this located?
@@villain383 paint creek!
Does it run
Is it a legit giveaway
Thanks again so much for coming up and capturing everything! I agree that "dualsport" is slowly turning into "enduro".
Had a great time!
Just got my first bike and this video was beyond helpful. From all the little tips about filters and O-ring replacements. Thank you!
Where did you get those LSU Tiger riding gloves? LOL - I love the purple and gold. Geaux Tigers!
Haha! I bought 50 pair of these in bulk years ago for $1 a pair. They were part of this women's set images.app.goo.gl/HoVjGiMhyXdTk99h8
What do you think about the 2014 I got one should I get rid of it?
It's better than 10-13 but still pretty garbage
Are you still using the stock 46-tooth sprocket? How significant is the power loss on the low end with the 18/21 setup? I just bought a set an hour ago. I'll be running Shinko 244's with a 3.5" 18" in the rear and a 3.0" 21" up front. For now, I'll stick with the stock sprocket. I hope I won't be too disappointed, if at all. We ride mostly fire-roads/single track. One more question, what about top-end?
After watching more of the video and seeing you hold it wide open while climbing on what doesn’t seem like a very steep hill, it looks like there might be a significant power loss with the larger wheels and tires. Hope i didn't make a mistake...
Yeah stock sprocket. The low end punch loss is noticeable, but not tragic. I'm also 220lbs. I didn't notice any top end difference. Overall thr 21 and 18 were a huge upgrade, I think you will be fine. That hill in the video is insanely steeper than it looks.
@@mxgryan Thanks man! I appreciate your feedback.
Those DR650s won’t need another meal for awhile. You all definitely let them eat! Maybe I should put some More aggressive tires back on the 650 and stop grabbing the 350 on every dirt trip. Maybe I just sucked at riding back then. Lol
I was nervous about it, but ultimately super glad we went with the DRs. There's something fun about tying to navigate these obstacles on bikes that weren't made for it. I think this route would have been a blast on an XR650L or R as well.
I literally found out about this a week ago. About 3 weeks ago, my Talaria Sting R electric motors rear tire went flat. Found out the stem valve literally ripped off the tire. After watching a video on replacing the tube. The gentleman mentioned not tightening the stem nut to tire. It's crazy because the Talaria Sting R is ships stock with the nut tight to the tire. Now I know 😂
That was us up in front of you for the first half, saw me eat shit on those slick rocks.
Haha nice! Was a great ride wasn't it.
You guys killed it! So cool to see the DRs eat like that. I can only imagine how much you two were struggling during those rocky sections. Are you on the stock suspensions? On another note, I hit that last hill as the last rider of the day and it was like a pottery class. Extremely slick to the point that we had to drag my 350 and that 1200gs up the hill. It looked much better on your video. I was waiting to see an extreme struggle on that hill, but it looks like it hadn’t been eaten up yet. I’m starting to understand why lots of riders like to hit the trails as soon as they open.
Thanks dude! Blue DR is bone stock suspension, hasn't even been serviced in years. White DR I recently serviced and did heavier springs on the front, revalved and re sprung the rear shock. Superview definitely makes the hills not look as bad. I got cross rutted on that hill and fell over, when I got back up and started my rear tire packed up...hard to tell on the video but I was just spinning my way up it! Lol
We were tracking with y'all through there. Good stuff. You we're definitely working harder than we were on our small bikes 😂
Thanks Mike!
2 DR's ripping it. Well done
Thanks Eric!
Are those modified spring clamp pliers ?
I'm the guy on the 890. We too are idiots lol
Haha you dudes were WILD!
Cool
How many hours can you get outa your charge and I have multiple kids how long will this bike last me
I ended having to take the 890 guys out of my brother in laws property. They skipped it and the section with the 2 way traffic.
You can find anything from the $10,000 now Ken Kaplan the whole United States and bought every 500 that he could he has more 500 cc Honda or whatever f****** in his museum than anywhere on the planet I guess now and has raised the price. A f****** 500cc rat is 5600 bucks 11 months ago and said that you're f****** crazy. But the fact of the matter is if you want a really nice Honda CR500 dig deep and take out a f******bone from the back AJ Wagner Honda 500 you can get it put in a 250 chassis or a 450 chassis takes about 6 months cuz they order the chassis from Honda you can get it stamped for on-road use if you believe that and you have american-made Honda CR500 engine spell 30 grand but that's the best f****** bike you can get plus it's like an American made Honda don't get no better than that
Awesome video, straight forward, easy to follow. Thank you so so much
Never selling mine.

This looks awesome guys. This in Winfield? I’m just up the way in Hico. Also wanted to get with you at your shop but don’t have any details on it.
This engine has 110 hp, an electric starter, electronic injection, exhaust valve and a balancer shaft… even for this price, can’t find better
Do you keep it on 24/7?
Yup
the new 250f is a great upgrade from this bike you would love it of you like your 230
What even happened to him and how do we know you are actually the guy in the video

BRO MY HEART
Just finished first day of course. Not feeling confident. Of my luck we pull the instructor that went to R Lee Emery school of instructors. I'm 51 and have held a CDL for nearly 25 years, and this guy has me rattled. Hopefully tmmrw goes better 🤞
Ok made sure the crankshaft and cams were lined up. Ziptide the chain to the cames and changed out the shims. When I put it back together inserting the chain tensioner my exhaust cam number 3 is low. Can anyone give me some info why it's off I have 15 between cams
Another worthless video by someone who doesn't know how to make one. Can't see anything he's working on. waste of time
6:00 looks like you drove through an abandoned campsite, most people dont leave their tent never to return... maybe share the location with a park official? Somethings off...
@zacrogan1817 this is my house bud. I'm the park official here.

Wrong.
Doing my course this weekend, this is really cool seeing you two enjoy riding together!

Could you please share me the link for the twit grip throttle so I get the correct one for my Aostirmotor S17 Thank you.
Nice loop. What happened to the Acerbis tank?
Great video buddy! Although I have done that loop multiple times on the Africa Twin, I was on the 500 sweeping 😂
You're a maniac! haha
Looks like a great route.
Can you replace that seal if you have a junk one, the one near bottom where you pack the threads with grease
Yeah, although on some forks it's quite a pain
@mxgryan thanks brother, and great video. Just got done doing my rebound and mid valve on front fork, will get the compression done and back together they go.
