Nothing Much Happens - Daytime

Nothing Much Happens - Daytime

I’m so excited to tell you about a new podcast I’ve created to help you start your day in a good frame of mind. I’ve used my decades of experience as a yoga and meditation teacher to create these ten minute guided meditations and breathing practices. I’m calling it @firstthispod Before you get stuck on autopilot, before you get pulled into the busy current of daily life, sit with me. First this, then that.

as always, thanks for your work, always love starting my day off right, and I found this. always a banger I am one built with joy already, however it is always good to remind myself that my techniques' are always built with sensations and fulfillment. I have gotten into the habit of laughing more and more (hell, even when I'm stressed/overwhelmed by life) its been a gift I have given, we are always so busy that its hard to keep that joy up, so its always great to recharge with some affirming words! I will bring not only joy to myself but to others as well. Thank you so much!

Today there were three ads on this meditation, before it started, at 5 minutes and after it ended. Very frustrating!

Very sorry to hear about that :( Once this channel is monetized we'll have more control over mid-roll ads, at least. If you have the ability to listen on a podcast platform like Spotify or IHeart you won't have to put up with ads at all.

Thanks for the lilac story! My mom loved lilacs and I always think of her whenever I hear a story like this. She lived in the midwest and she grew one next to the rental house we lived in in the early 60s. The house is still there and I am guessing, so is that lilac bush! She moved south as she and dad got retired but she regretted not being able to grow lilacs in Central Texas because it is too hot here. Not enough chill hours. But she still loved the scent of lilacs and searched for lilac cologne! When she passed in her 90s, I found her lilac cologne and just couldn't toss it. It was her and meant her history, her thoughts, her memories. 🪻

Oh, lovely. Just found your channel. As a chronic insomniac, I will need to find the sleep-stories version. I really appreciate the descriptive nature of your narrative. I can smell hot apple cider and hear the craft market booths being assembled.

Hi KN! First and foremost, I LOVE your mediations! My favorite style and most soothing voice by far. And your Zen stories? Chef's kiss! I became such a fan of your mediations, I also listen to your Nothing Much Happens bedtime stories on Spotify now. They help significantly with my chronic insomnia. I wanted to inform you there have been more frequently ad interruptions in the middle of your KZread mediations. I know ads are a necessary evil, and I encourage any and all support you can get. I'd love to see you producing content for years to come. However, I wanted to bring it to your attention that these are happening smack dab in the middle of your mediations. Not just after your intro. You have mentioned before you are protective of this. I figured you weren't aware. This is only a KZread issue, and occurs now even on the old mediations (this one included). This does not happen on your Spotify mediations. From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much for creating approachable and incredible mediations and bedtime stories!❤
