Imho, no flamingos-unless you’re having a party theme for a day or 2, then it’s cute, but I wouldn’t have it everyday. PS: GREAT JOB! It’s beautiful 😊
Could you draw a small image using an oil based paint pen then when dry use the alcohol ink on top of it?

It was lead based oil finish. You should wear protection if you’re not sure.

Somehow, the flamingos work. It won't be so run if the mill consistent of majority of homes. Mainly bc YOU like it for YOUR home. Like u said, it can be something totally different depending on what u feel. Keep the Cricket working😊.

I love the vase!! I think it came out really cute!! I have worked with resin but not a lot. Mostly in molds that I have bought and some molds I've made myself.

Did the black paint go partially clear??
No, the paints layer and cover each other. There are a couple of thin black lines visible.
@@CraftKlatch Ah I asked since it looked like some spots were see-through and I had thought that's where the black had been ^ ^ ty
I love it! Though I wish it stayed more clear looking like when the resin started pouring - but it honestly still looks gorgeous.

Where do you get the molds you use to put your vases holder on
I've had them from years ago. The one I used on this vase has a matte finish, which I don't love. Here is a similar one but has a smooth finish on the inside that would work great! (affiliate link) amzn.to/4bDWBiR

If you want that flamingo on there (its youre house have what you enjoy!!❤) or some other flamingo items going on I think the flamingos would be cute. If standing on its own with no flamingos nearby to support it, or just the same pink, it would look better off. I'm seeing lots of ppl say no flamingo but I think they can work! Flamingos juts aren't a typical pick that ppl like

Use a canvas for the runoff, move the vase off the canvas after the pour is done.. pick up the canvas and tilt it around to make the paint spread to edges. Now you'll have a canvas wall hanging to match the vase. Win/Win

Yes! I was also thinking it reminded me of those candles from the 1970’s. They did multiple dips and then carved them to expose the differently layers.

You did do a great job it does look great hun I like the blue in the background but you know what if you want flamingos you put flamingos on there if you want starfish you put starfish on there that is your home you decorate how you want to decorate you're the one that has to live there

Turned out beautifully. I love acrylic pouring. If you let paint from vase drip onto canvas, you'll have two color matching pieces 😊🎨
