  Very sad that global governments make billions from taxing alcohol whilst so many lives are destroyed by it. Why aren't governments putting every cent made from this legal drug into alcohol rehabilitation & treatments. Not enough being spent on educating teenagers. Sad to see loved ones potential being destroyed & people misunderstanding it's an illness not a choice. RIP those who succumbed & RIP Matthew Perry, who beat the alcohol but substituted it, that substitute killed him. Very sad.
