Who are the eleven people who gave this performance a thumbs down? It makes me feel sorry for them and want to pray for their salvation. What a wonderful musical moment by an incredible talent.

If this was the style she normal played, I would buy every album she would put out. I can’t get enough of that blues, stressed voice sound. Need more songs like this.

You won't lose anything if you buy her albums anyway, honestly. Each and every one of them are pure gems, blues or not.

When i listen to her singing, i just remember her father. The same way to play the guitar, and the same way to sing, she is so great, and it's a way to remember her father!

This is my favorite of her songs. I feel like a few of her songs she's kind of reaching a little too far for herself---she still sounds amazing in those songs, don't get me wrong---but this one just seems to have a different, more "real" feeling, more soul, more everything.

So good. This girl is a musical wonder, she better go far as far as she deserves now, not to reduce her own talents, but I can't help of thinking of purity Jeff Buckey's music had, and a rootsier Fiona Apple with just as beautiful emotive songwriting

I've listen to her dad forever, In fact he is the reason I started playing resonators. And especially using all those weird tunning, funny thing is I was working on a song (with no lyrics yet) that was kinda close to this rhythm and riff. Im so glad I never finished it, hers is obviously the best. I think it's so neat how her dad's music influenced our writing styles, I'm not saying were alike, but use some of the methods her dad would, and that to me is the power of music. Keep on going girl!

I hear her dad in her voice, especially when she goes for the big swoops, and I hear his playing through her playing, and you can see his body in hers. What a gift he left us. Trixie, just spread those wings and GO.

something about this has me wondering about the difference a really good woman might have made in my life
Trixie ma'am, may we have the lyrics. Your song is healing.
Trixie is an artist in her own right, but when I see her strum that guitar, she plays just like her dad.
Got her daddy's soul in her.
Always thought the same thing.
