  No. You are correct. That ability called "syphon". There are 3 syphon abilities and they do stack with each other. If your str is already high,you dont need strong weapon but good ability. Try geting good ability from combining acc. Here an example. Faust ribbon+Muscle ribbon. Youll get Tireles ribbon with full power ability. Enjoy the massive damage 😎
