In 2019, Lisa Nguyen made the decision to leave her stable career as a paralegal and follow her passion for food. With a desire to showcase the incredible local restaurants in her community, Lisa created Telehue Food, a platform to highlight the best food spots in the area.
As Lisa's passion for food grew, she found herself wanting to learn more about the stories and traditions behind the dishes she loved and go back to her roots. Lisa is from Wichita, Kansas where she met Kyle, another videographer who had run a small food business himself and had documented his journey to cook with someone in every state.
Together, Lisa and Kyle formed a team with a mission to share the stories and food of family businesses in cities around the world.
Join us on this delicious journey as we discover the world, one meal at a time.

The seasonings on those fries are laced with crack. Soooooo good!!
well if i'm ever in Kansas for some unknown reason.
I use the boiling water to heat up the oil packet. One instant dip and its liquefied. Easier to pour.

I made these for the first time last night per my bfs request. In grew up having them on special occasions but my mom would buy frozen bread dough and work from that. I made them from scratch and they were freaken delicious. Made some strawberry sauce to dip it in although it was wonderful plain also!

Try their crispy duck. You won’t find anything like it anywhere else. You’ll like it even if you don’t like duck.
It's called poori or bhatura in india😅
FYI to anyone who may see this, the chili sauce is absolutely spicy, not to the point you need to ENJOY spicy food to handle it, but if you're someone who thinks pepper is too much, skip the chili sauce. I hate spicy food, it just ruins flavours for me, but this wasn't too hot, a bit uncomfortable but not so bad that I'll be skipping it the next time I put it all together, but it's definitely not a mild sweet chili, it has a small kick to it.
BEST WITH HUCKLEBERRY JAM ENNITT...
