Do not do this. It looks and sounds like a good idea, but you should never cut a slit in a stringer. Still to your pattern. Good job to the guy making the video. Innovation = Inspiration

I would go with a 2x12 a 2x6 bottom. You can also go with 2x and a 35 degree splice to make any weight you need. The hangers works on all stringers and use and A35 on the last stringer or the outside stringers.

Been eyeing this roaster for awhile, but no one really had a good video. Thanks for doing the video. I think the max capacity is 400g for this roaster. Is the profile you did for the roasting good for a Brazilian Bourbon bean? If you could try it would be great as I like the taste of choc/nut of Brazil beans.

Not sure if that would work with those Brazilian beans, I'd try it and dump the beans when they look right

I do need a chip and some advice on a 1995 2wd 350 tbi build. Missouri DOSENT require emissions for that year. The engine is the famous 70's casting number 010 block thats punched .40 over. It has flat top pistons and a .041 fel pro head gasket, iron 64 cc protopline heads that have 185cc intake runners, 2.02 intake valves, and 1.60 exhaust valves. The cam is 213 219 duartion at .50 447 in 471 in lift or part number LUN-20080660, I have the summit air cleaner with an aftermarket tbi unit. 1.6 roller rocker arms, Edelbrock air gap intake, long tube obx headers, I do have 2 1/2 inch pipes all the way back to dual exhaust but I need to get a Y pipe and a catylitic converter. I am going to get a vortec style lph fuel pump and 18 psi spring. I have a 2500 rpm converter on the 4l60e which has low miles(128,000). Stock 2 piece driveshaft been rebuilt. Has a 373 gears in the rear end and the tire size is 31x10.50 r15 LT. Is there any other recommended parts I should get? Thanks again.
