after the 150 sec pop up it auto goes back to register printer screen searching but wifi on printer is on and full still wont connect to phone same with computer waste of my money

I changed WIFI channels. Now I can only connect via WPS or direct connect but I can't connect to the network with password as my printer won't prompt for it (pixma G4100)

It only prints in black but my colors are 70% full

Can people talk anymore? These half assed computer speak garbage programs suck. Just get somebody that can freaking read an talk at the same time and do it that way. I wont even watch these videos when I hear a robot.

I can't connect my phone to the printer. Everytime I connect them, in a few minutes the hazard light will appear. Our wifi here is globe at home. What is the problem? Thank you if you can assist me to my problem. Anyway I'm in the Philippines.

I keep an "out of paper" error even though there is paper or a "paper jam" error. Idk how to fix it
Im having a problem with getting EOS utility launcher. Every time I open EOS utility 3 while trying to connect the camera to the Mac. The only thing that pops up is EOS utility 3 not EOS utility launcher. I also can't do anything on EOS utility 3 if I can't connect with the utility launcher. Is there something I can do to fix it?

Don't even try to work with this printer it's a piece of crap just throw it away it's not worth $100 you paid for it your time is more valuable get a different printer get rid of the TS6420 it will waste more of your time than $100

I get to the point where I select the camera SSID on my laptop WiFi but every time I enter the password, I get an incorrect password error. Anyone have any suggestions how I can proceed?

Thank you! Very straight forward and easy process. I only got hung up on one thing that may be helpful for others to know. My wifi setting defaults to password. I received multiple errors messages stating my password was incorrect... until I realized I needed to click "use security key" instead. The security key, my camera's password was easily accepted. Short story...password and security key are not the same thing. The camera's password matches your pc's "network key", not "password"
For everyone who is trying to swap from numbers to letters or from letters to number. Press * and every time you press it the thing on a little screen will cycle through A/a/1, if it’s on (A) you type with capital letters, if (a) lower, and if (1) you will type with numbers
Great printer when it can print. Software continues to say memory issue and won’t print. It’s a software update. Whenever the Mac m1 updates the canon professional dumb and old software will not RIP. Canon won’t have an update for months. Making your printer obsolete. Everytime I just need a simple print it can take all week to figure out. Canon hates its Mac based customers. The issue is the software. You have to constantly grab an update. Then reinstall and pray it works. This takes time and money everytime I’m on schedule the software gives me grief and I feel like we are back in the 90s with support regarding raster image processor not connecting. So if you love canon like I do but are too freaking busy and live in the 21st century do not buy this printer. The only software you can use is theirs alone. They won’t update it on a regular basis nor will they ever fix or get it up date to this century. Canon please fix your software. You’re losing money on ink and my epson is having a blast. But seriously I don’t trust the software engineering. It feels lazy not to have updates nor fixes. Everyday it’s a new issue with the bugs. 2024

Very upset with Canon! I have a 3060 g series and it disconnects from my Mac every time, I have written to Apple support many times and in the end they said that it was not a problem with them but with Canon🤦
