Repost: Ik denk dat er weinig mensen zijn die opstaan met in gedachte het plan: “vandaag ga in inauthentiek zijn!”. Toch zijn er een hoop mensen op bepaalde momenten niet authentiek. Van nature hebben mensen een wil om leuk gevonden te worden door anderen. Het kan als onderdeel van overleving worden gezien. Het kan een gewoonte worden om voor anderen je authenciteit te onderdrukken. Soms is het wellicht ook nodig om te overleven. Het is niet gek dat we soms onszelf onderdrukken om te beschermen. Vooral als we jonger zijn dan kunnen we kwetsbaarder zijn. Als een bepaalde manier ‘werkt’ om te overleven, dan kan dat een gewoonte worden in je hersenen. Ookal ben je misschien feitelijk redelijk veilig om jezelf te zijn, kun je denken dat je dat niet bent en om te overleven jezelf moet onderdrukken. Daarbij denk ik dat invloeden uit de cultuur kunnen zorgen dat mensen onbewust inauthentiek raken. Dingen die je ziet op sociale media, dingen die je leest in het nieuws of de mensen met wie je in je leven omgaat vormen je. Het onvoldoende bewust zijn van jezelf, het vasthouden aan een bepaald systeem of aan gedrag dat niet vanuit je geloof komt, zorgt voor disconnectie. Daardoor is het mogelijk jezelf in bepaalde mate ‘kwijt te raken”. Het is mogelijk om slechte gewoontes, om beperkende gedachten, om inauthentiek gedrag, om gedrag in strijd met je geloof te helen. Het is werkelijk mogelijk om ons gedrag te veranderen, het is mogelijk om onze gedachten te veranderen, om onze mindset te veranderen. Bewustheid is een besef dat je een keuze hebt tot iets anders. Het ware besef dat je jezelf kunt worden! Ik geloof dat dat kan, omdat onze echte zelf nooit verdwijnt. Ookal voelt het alsof dat je jezelf kwijt bent geraakt. Het is mogelijk om opnieuw connectie te leggen met de diepere essentie in je. Ik zeg dat bewustheid de eerste stap is, omdat voor het veranderen van je mindset het allereerst nodig is om inzicht te krijgen in je huidige gedachten, in de dingen die je gelooft, misschien onbewuste gedachten die je drijven. Voordat we kunnen kiezen om naar ons geloof te leven is het daarom nodig om te zien wat we op een moment doen. Door daarvan bewust te zijn hebben we de kans om iets anders te doen. Een onderdeel van bewustheid is eerlijkheid tegenover jezelf. Oprecht nieuwsgierig willen zijn naar hoe dingen zijn. Naar de manier waarop je je beeld vormt. De gedachten die je hebt beinvloeden de manier waarop je de wereld ziet. Net als bij licht of geluid ontstaat de perceptie die we hebben in ons. Als het gaat om gedachten zijn dat dingen die we kunnen beinvloeden. Negatieve gedachten kunnen werkelijk pijn doen. Ik herken dat ik gedachten ervaar die tussen mijn geloof komen. Door vanuit interesse en oprechtheid te kijken naar gedachten kunnen we leren over onszelf. Zelfinzicht helpt ons om wakker te worden voor onze essentie. Kortom, is het mogelijk dat we disconnect zijn van onszelf. Ik verwijs hiervoor naar volgende mooie zinnen uit jouw nummer:“Whole my life I was trained to kill the person that I was born to be”, “I don’t allow myself to have some fun cause I don’t even know what I what I truly want” & “So I keep on denying who my true self is”. Ik denk dat door bewustzijn van ons gedrag, door te begrijpen waarom we disconnect zijn we wakker kunnen worden voor essentie. Ik geloof in een spirituele kracht in ons die het mogelijk maakt om de connectie te leggen met onze echte zelf. In connectie met jezelf ligt peace en liefde. “These struggles shouldn’t excist”. Negatieve gedachten, triggers, al dat zijn kansen om connectie te leggen met een diepere essentie in onszelf. Daarom zeg ik tegen jou, maar ook zeker tegen mijzelf: keep on becoming who your true self is.

But the more I ordered the more I realized the chances of something going wrong are very slim. and if something unexpected happens… its not the end of the world and it probably wont effect me long term. i guess its kind of a mindset thing :)

Bepalen cijfers de waarde van kunst? Ik geloof dat kunst gaat om authentieke expressie. Muziek is waardevol als die komt van een plek van oprechtheid. Ik denk dat het tevreden willen laten zijn van anderen alleen maar kan interfereren met creatieve uiting.

@@RYANNsounds Ik geloof dat essentie ligt in authentiek leven. Niet in geld of beroemdheid. Ik hou ervan om creatief bezig te zijn door gitaar te spelen. De studie die ik heb gekozen past binnen mijn geloofsysteem. Ook in relatie met andere mensen staat authentiek zijn op nummer 1. Soms komt mijn ego in de weg, doordat ik mijzelf probeer te beschermen. Nadat ik daar bewust van ben en opnieuw in connectie kom met mijn authenciteit vier ik dat! Ik vraag me af hoe jij hierover denkt. Waarin geloof jij?

@@Trickfinger03 dit is echt fantastisch en precies wat ik ook zoek! Hoe hou je dit vol met een bepaalde motivatie of zin of geloof? Ik vind het fijn om een toekomstig doel te hebben en daar voor te gaan, soms nemen gedachtes over van: ik moet bepaalde dingen aanpassen in songwriting zodat mensen het leuker zullen vinden" maar als ik dit door heb stop ik er meteen mee omdat ik ook liever authentiek wil leven en vertrouwen heb in mijn eigen visie en ideeën, ik vind t leuk om het hierover te hebben! Heb je nog meer dingen waar je in gelooft?

@@RYANNsounds Ik vind het ook leuk om met jou te spreken. Ik waardeer je openheid en eerlijkheid. Ik wil je veel liefde wensen. Jij vraagt hoe ik het vol hou om authentiek te leven. Authentiek leven betekent zijn wie je bent, leven naar hoe je je vanbinnen voelt. Ik denk dat als we leven naar een eigen dieper geloof er oneindige liefde en peace is. Dat is oneindige spirituele vrijheid. Die vrijheid is denk ik op elk moment bereikbaar. Het is een staat waarin het niet gaat om denken, maar om het van binnen voelen. Soms hoor ik mensen spreken over discipline of motivatie. Ik heb veel teveel filmpjes gekeken die mij discipline of motivatie zouden brengen. Ik denk dat het erom gaat om uiting te geven aan passies die je in jezelf hebt. Het bezig zijn met passies is denk ik iets moois waarin vrijheid zit. Het doen van iets waar je passie voor hebt zorgt dat je diep vanbinnen je goed voelt. Ik denk niet dat dat te bereiken is door na te denken, maar door gedachten los te laten en je hart te volgen. Gedachtes of de ego kunnen tussen het geloof komen. Mooi om te lezen dat jij bewust bent dat je soms gedachten hebt die ervoor zorgen dat je niet in touch bent met je geloof. Ik denk dat bewustheid de eerste stap is. Bewustzijn van hoe je dingen interpreteert, hoe je reageert, welke delen er in jezelf actief zijn. Ik gebruik momenten van disconnectie als leermoment om te leren over mijzelf. Het doet me ook goed om te mediteren. Dat brengt me in een staat waarin ik voel dat ik in connectie ben met mijzelf.

Eerste stap bewustzijn wat bedoel je hier precies mee, ik interpreteer het als ik voel wanneer ik te veel in mijn gedachten zit en niet in mijn geloof zit en ik weet ook hoe het voelt om gewoon alle gedachtes los te laten en mn hart te volgen en daar muziek en ideeën uit te halen dat vind ik het mooist maar wel soms moeilijk omdat ik in mijn hoofd overthink. Vind het soms moeilijk om volledig te vertrouwen op mijn eigen gevoel en visie en vertrouwen hebben dat het resultaat uiteindelijk beloond en goed wordt.

ok- hope you are doing better. suggest bringing earplugs and friends to support and help you. if you have this more often for no reason then find thearapy, it could be a little trauma. and if you feel scared know you are okay and try to avoid eating and drinking sugary things because they are easy to choke on when anxious and could make you more scared. (in my case, but i dont have anxiety often)

Omg sorry I didn't reply. No i dont have anxiety but I started feeling scared often. You see I am not old and had a rough period in covid having to take care of my mother who was diagnosed with cancer while 3 relatives/friends had died of this disease (I swear I am not sympathy seeking) this left me afraid every time i was alone, I felt like I was going to die, that no one could help me or my family if we were sick. I got sensitive to EVERYTHING!! Later asked the doctor what was up, she sent me to "therapy" to deal with the "trauma" and now about a year later I have entered high school and been doing fine. I ain't an expert but I thought that maybe this was a little similar with your situation so I hope it helps!! 😄

Repost: Ik denk dat er weinig mensen zijn die opstaan met in gedachte het plan: “vandaag ga in inauthentiek zijn!”. Toch zijn er een hoop mensen op bepaalde momenten niet authentiek. Van nature hebben mensen een wil om leuk gevonden te worden door anderen. Het kan als onderdeel van overleving worden gezien. Het kan een gewoonte worden om voor anderen je authenciteit te onderdrukken. Soms is het wellicht ook nodig om te overleven. Het is niet gek dat we soms onszelf onderdrukken om te beschermen. Vooral als we jonger zijn dan kunnen we kwetsbaarder zijn. Als een bepaalde manier ‘werkt’ om te overleven, dan kan dat een gewoonte worden in je hersenen. Ookal ben je misschien feitelijk redelijk veilig om jezelf te zijn, kun je denken dat je dat niet bent en om te overleven jezelf moet onderdrukken. Daarbij denk ik dat invloeden uit de cultuur kunnen zorgen dat mensen onbewust inauthentiek raken. Dingen die je ziet op sociale media, dingen die je leest in het nieuws of de mensen met wie je in je leven omgaat vormen je. Het onvoldoende bewust zijn van jezelf, het vasthouden aan een bepaald systeem of aan gedrag dat niet vanuit je geloof komt, zorgt voor disconnectie. Daardoor is het mogelijk jezelf in bepaalde mate ‘kwijt te raken”. Het is mogelijk om slechte gewoontes, om beperkende gedachten, om inauthentiek gedrag, om gedrag in strijd met je geloof te helen. Het is werkelijk mogelijk om ons gedrag te veranderen, het is mogelijk om onze gedachten te veranderen, om onze mindset te veranderen. Bewustheid is een besef dat je een keuze hebt tot iets anders. Het ware besef dat je jezelf kunt worden! Ik geloof dat dat kan, omdat onze echte zelf nooit verdwijnt. Ookal voelt het alsof dat je jezelf kwijt bent geraakt. Het is mogelijk om opnieuw connectie te leggen met de diepere essentie in je. Ik zeg dat bewustheid de eerste stap is, omdat voor het veranderen van je mindset het allereerst nodig is om inzicht te krijgen in je huidige gedachten, in de dingen die je gelooft, misschien onbewuste gedachten die je drijven. Voordat we kunnen kiezen om naar ons geloof te leven is het daarom nodig om te zien wat we op een moment doen. Door daarvan bewust te zijn hebben we de kans om iets anders te doen. Een onderdeel van bewustheid is eerlijkheid tegenover jezelf. Oprecht nieuwsgierig willen zijn naar hoe dingen zijn. Naar de manier waarop je je beeld vormt. De gedachten die je hebt beinvloeden de manier waarop je de wereld ziet. Net als bij licht of geluid ontstaat de perceptie die we hebben in ons. Als het gaat om gedachten zijn dat dingen die we kunnen beinvloeden. Negatieve gedachten kunnen werkelijk pijn doen. Ik herken dat ik gedachten ervaar die tussen mijn geloof komen. Door vanuit interesse en oprechtheid te kijken naar gedachten kunnen we leren over onszelf. Zelfinzicht helpt ons om wakker te worden voor onze essentie. Kortom, is het mogelijk dat we disconnect zijn van onszelf. Ik verwijs hiervoor naar volgende mooie zinnen uit jouw nummer:“Whole my life I was trained to kill the person that I was born to be”, “I don’t allow myself to have some fun cause I don’t even know what I what I truly want” & “So I keep on denying who my true self is”. Ik denk dat door bewustzijn van ons gedrag, door te begrijpen waarom we disconnect zijn we wakker kunnen worden voor essentie. Ik geloof in een spirituele kracht in ons die het mogelijk maakt om de connectie te leggen met onze echte zelf. In connectie met jezelf ligt peace en liefde. “These struggles shouldn’t excist”. Negatieve gedachten, triggers, al dat zijn kansen om connectie te leggen met een diepere essentie in onszelf. Daarom zeg ik tegen jou, maar ook zeker tegen mijzelf: keep on becoming who your true self is.

@@RYANNsounds ordering for myself. I was nervous about what could go wrong (ex. messing up or them not having what I want). But the more I ordered the more I realized the chances of something going wrong are very slim. and if something unexpected happens… its not the end of the world and it probably wont effect me long term. i guess its kind of a mindset thing :)

De studie die ik heb gekozen past binnen mijn geloofsysteem. Ook in relatie met andere mensen staat authentiek zijn op nummer 1. Soms komt mijn ego in de weg, doordat ik mijzelf probeer te beschermen. Nadat ik daar bewust van ben en opnieuw in connectie kom met mijn authenciteit vier ik dat! Ik vraag me af hoe jij hierover denkt. Waarin geloof jij?

Ik vind het fijn om een toekomstig doel te hebben en daar voor te gaan, soms nemen gedachtes over van: ik moet bepaalde dingen aanpassen in songwriting zodat mensen het leuker zullen vinden" maar als ik dit door heb stop ik er meteen mee omdat ik ook liever authentiek wil leven en vertrouwen heb in mijn eigen visie en ideeën, ik vind t leuk om het hierover te hebben! @@RYANNsounds Ik vind het ook leuk om met jou te spreken. Ik waardeer je openheid en eerlijkheid. Ik wil je veel liefde wensen. Jij vraagt hoe ik het vol hou om authentiek te leven. Authentiek leven betekent zijn wie je bent, leven naar hoe je je vanbinnen voelt. Ik denk dat als we leven naar een eigen dieper geloof er oneindige liefde en peace is. Dat is oneindige spirituele vrijheid. Die vrijheid is denk ik op elk moment bereikbaar. Het is een staat waarin het niet gaat om denken, maar om het van binnen voelen. Soms hoor ik mensen spreken over discipline of motivatie. Ik heb veel teveel filmpjes gekeken die mij discipline of motivatie zouden brengen. Ik denk dat het erom gaat om uiting te geven aan passies die je in jezelf hebt. Het bezig zijn met passies is denk ik iets moois waarin vrijheid zit. Het doen van iets waar je passie voor hebt zorgt dat je diep vanbinnen je goed voelt. Ik denk niet dat dat te bereiken is door na te denken, maar door gedachten los te laten en je hart te volgen. Gedachtes of de ego kunnen tussen het geloof komen. Mooi om te lezen dat jij bewust bent dat je soms gedachten hebt die ervoor zorgen dat je niet in touch bent met je geloof. Ik denk dat bewustheid de eerste stap is. Bewustzijn van hoe je dingen interpreteert, hoe je reageert, welke delen er in jezelf actief zijn. Ik gebruik momenten van disconnectie als leermoment om te leren over mijzelf. Het doet me ook goed om te mediteren. Dat brengt me in een staat waarin ik voel dat ik in connectie ben met mijzelf.

Eerste stap bewustzijn wat bedoel je hier precies mee, ik interpreteer het als ik voel wanneer ik te veel in mijn gedachten zit en niet in mijn geloof zit en ik weet ook hoe het voelt om gewoon alle gedachtes los te laten en mn hart te volgen en daar muziek en ideeën uit te halen dat vind ik het mooist maar wel soms moeilijk omdat ik in mijn hoofd overthink. Vind het soms moeilijk om volledig te vertrouwen op mijn eigen gevoel en visie en vertrouwen hebben dat het resultaat uiteindelijk beloond en goed wordt.

ok- hope you are doing better. suggest bringing earplugs and friends to support and help you. if you have this more often for no reason then find thearapy, it could be a little trauma. and if you feel scared know you are okay and try to avoid eating and drinking sugary things because they are easy to choke on when anxious and could make you more scared. (in my case, but i dont have anxiety often)

Omg sorry I didn't reply. No i dont have anxiety but I started feeling scared often. You see I am not old and had a rough period in covid having to take care of my mother who was diagnosed with cancer while 3 relatives/friends had died of this disease (I swear I am not sympathy seeking) this left me afraid every time i was alone, I felt like I was going to die, that no one could help me or my family if we were sick. I got sensitive to EVERYTHING!! Later asked the doctor what was up, she sent me to "therapy" to deal with the "trauma" and now about a year later I have entered high school and been doing fine. I ain't an expert but I thought that maybe this was a little similar with your situation so I hope it helps!! 😄
