    Excellent review! I came here to get one question answered and you answered it! Does the headset have a mute switch? Yes. Companies are not advertising this simple feature and some other headsets just don't have it so you can't mute.

    How do I get Dolby Atmos through the Sony Theatre U neckband from my using an Xbox’s series X? My Sony tv is Bluetooth compatible. My Xbox series X doesn’t support Bluetooth. Also is Dolby Atmos considered the same as 3D spatial sound? I am confused because I keep seeing Dolby Atmos compatible but when it’s set up it states 3D spatial sound. I am looking to get Dolby sound from my tv which should be fine but I am wondering about my Xbox series X. Please can you explain clearly how this works. I suffer from tinnitus and whilst my Xbox headset is amazing and is Dolby atmos compatible the headset makes my tinnitus worse.

    Since your Xbox Series X doesn’t support Bluetooth, you won’t be able to directly connect the Sony Theater U neckband speaker to it.However, you can connect the neckband speaker to your Sony TV via Bluetooth if it’s compatible. This way, you’ll get the Dolby Atmos experience when watching content on your TV.

    Dolby Atmos allows sound designers to place and move individual sounds anywhere in a room. It’s commonly used in home theaters, gaming, and mobile devices. While 3D spatial sound (also known as Spatial Audio) aims to create an immersive 360-degree audio experience, mimicking how we perceive sounds in the real world. It’s used in movies, music, games, and VR experiences. While they’re related, they’re not the same.

    If your Xbox headset worsens your tinnitus, consider using the Sony Theater U neckband speaker instead. Its design keeps sound away from your ear canals, allowing you to be aware of your surroundings while enjoying immersive audio

    Recommend bookshelf speakers under $500 that deliver: - Balanced sound with crystal clarity and warm signature. - Unfatiguing sound signature for extended listening - Layered, lively, and nuanced vocals with depth and dimensionality - Taut and nuanced bass response with subtle textural details and low-frequency extension - Immersive sonic landscape - forgiving to not so well recorded songs. Prioritize precision, fidelity, and listening comfort in your suggestion:

    The Asus ROG Cetra True Wireless earbuds are decent for FPS gaming on PC, especially when using the low-latency gaming mode. They provide clear audio and good mic quality, which is crucial for in-game communication.

    hi Cheryl, how would you compare the bass on the Enco Air2 Pro vs. Sony XB-700 ? with the huge 12.4 mm driver on the Oppo i would expect them to be rather bassy but you didn't mention that. personally, i don't like emphasized mid bass, but i do really enjoy the very deep sub bass - based on that, which one you would recommend more between these two?

  • @Audiofied
    @Audiofied15 күн бұрын

    Given your preference for deep sub-bass without an emphasized mid-bass, the Sony WF-XB700 might be more aligned with your tastes. Its design specifically caters to delivering strong, deep bass, which should satisfy your craving for sub-bass impact

  • @Audiofied
    @Audiofied22 күн бұрын

    Devialet Mania is designed for wireless audio experiences and does not support playing music directly from a wired source like a computer via its USB-C port, which is solely for charging. However, you can stream music stored on your computer to the Devialet Mania using Wi-Fi. For instance, if you have an Apple device, you can use AirPlay to connect and stream your music. Additionally, if you use TIDAL, you can play music from your computer using the Devialet Air application.

    This was a great review. I'm not familiar with all the terms but yes, I have the A306 now and have to always turn to 90 all the time to hear it well.... then they have that annoying "Check audio volume" dialog box which you can't turn off. It's amazing that I need a nag screen like I'm a child like that when I spend $350 on the A306. Now I don't want the ZX707 if it doing the same thing. :/ I might as well just use a phone.

    Been using the Gen 1 as well as 535 something 1st Gen. For what they are, waaaay overpriced. The shell is cheap plastic, had to replace 535 as it just fell apart, and now the replacement one also fell apart (little use) the 846 have not yet fallen apart, just the gloss paint chipped off, but I expect them too to give out. I don't mistreat them, just normal use. Sound quality is not bad, but the buds are poor quality for what you are paying. Could easily find better bang for your buck.

    The PX7s have worked amazingly for me when it comes to gaming and listening to game OSTs which are mostly instrumental. I think the word is separation when you really hear more detailed instruments in the background. I did have to turn up the treble about 2 levels on it though. So far they’ve been comfy for me for doing a few hours of gaming and no issues at all with the ANC. The sound is nice and pure and the bass doesn’t muddy the track like most headphones but at the same time still has a nice kick. I’m not sure if it’s just me but plugging it directly into a device using the cables provided seems to increase the sound quality as well! Man, we need wireless earbuds that can be turned into wired buds too.

    Yes, the Belkin Soundform True Wireless Earbuds do have a volume control feature. You can adjust the volume by simply tapping on the earbuds. To increase the volume, tap once on the right earbud. To decrease the volume, tap once on the left earbud. This touch control feature allows you to easily adjust the volume to your desired level. If you’re having trouble with this feature, make sure your earbuds are properly charged and connected to your device.
