I'm not that brave, but thanks for assuring me the brainstorm engineering stage typically happens the same way lol. Question would be, you're routing the piano midi out to Scarlett/Interface? Really want the exact same process (I'm piano-less at the moment). I'm no expert, just speaking as a continuing drum student… consider recording yourself striking the hi hit, reviewing at reduced speed, then you could have a better idea where to match the velocity, giving it the lifelike dynamics. Figured I'd share that idea. I'd use Logic's drums just to write out and pad work, so this helps. Thanks again for posting.☝🏻

is there a way to get more of the pre made sequencers / arps? or only the default ones available. I bought few expansions but not sure if they came with additional ones. I know you can make your own but pre made ones spark creativity much easier.....
Love Evan’s Blue! Now I get where his incredible hard rock country sound comes from. Way to transition to country, you do an amazing job of hitting hard and pulling back with dynamics and finesse for the country music you’re playing. The way you run the tracks, the click and video etc. live is incredible.

Cheap plastic sounds. Copycat version of Nexus. After buying 3 expansions packs I wasn't impressed.
I dig it. Nexus does have great quality sounds and omnisphere. Some cool with this VST also sounds pretty dope if tweaked.
@@kriskeyz Yea. I don't want you to think I'm hating on your video. I like your keyboard playing skills but I unfortunately bought into the Heatup 3 hype in 2021. I only purchased 3 expansions because they're too expensive. I rarely use it now.
@@itsrelativ3967 No doubt. I think honest reviews are important. Any other synths or plugins you looking at? Maybe If have them I can do a review or sample a few sounds.

Thanks for this! Is it possible to export a zeroed MIDI file? For example, if you wanted to export just the open hi hat track from this video to send to a producer... how could you export it so that they could just drop it in place so it enters at the correct measure?
Hopefully I understand your question correctly. I would drag the midi file to the beginning of the session and then export. You can also add a single midi note at the begging as a place holder if that doesn’t work.

if i trty to export with the option "export all midi tracks as midi files" it don't work , all the tracks are the same (grand piano) and there's nothing.... i can't do it. :(
I understand. I can’t see all the steps your taking. But are you highlighting the track you want to export. And make sure it’s a midi track not a audio track. Love to hear back!
