Andrew Flusche Attorney at Law

Andrew Flusche Attorney at Law

I teach Americans to safeguard your rights--especially against the police--so you can truly live a free and fulfilling life.

You'll see new videos every other week, focusing on topics like police interactions, upcoming court cases, and breaking news. You'll also be able to participate in periodic live streams with me where I tackle YOUR questions.

This channel will educate you via actual police body camera video along with skits featuring everyone's favorite KZread cop: Officer Andy. You'll know what to say if you're pulled over by an officer, how to handle field sobriety "tests," and other important issues that affect your rights.

Even in my grade school days, injustice infuriated me. I hate seeing the little guy trodden upon, especially by the government. As a criminal defense lawyer for over 16 years, I've defended thousands of clients from government overreach. I'm here to you how to prevent being in these messes to begin with.

In my state, the penalties for crystal meth are complex and depend a lot on the number of grams possession, the number of previous convictions and other factors. It is not "cut and dried." (Pun intended). I am a retired surgeon who owned a surgical center. I had possession of many different types of controlled substances for years. (But obviously not crystal meth). I would laugh at a cop for alleging I had possession of controlled substances. I saw and handled more than he/she ever did in the course of their work as a police officer. Sanjosemike (no longer in CA) Retired surgeon

How does a warrant make it legal since the person being tracked is not served with the warrant? Stick the tracker on a train and send it for a ride.

The fastest I got a search warrant was 45 minutes.. from an actual judge.. Hiding a tracker in your house is insane. I love when lawyers tell people not to talk to the police.. it narrows the suspect pool and you can concentrate man power.. It turns police work into a sport…

Why should a cop try and defuse an antagonistic driver. Frank is dead right- the first clown he has pulled over and is Sovereign Citizen. They intentionally try and agitate and dominate the officer. Additionally- the California Law (and the three other states that have a similar law)says that the officer must inform the suspect of the reason for the stop- when safe to do so- meaning the officer can make you establish your identity before he has to tell you anything. The 4th amendment is NOT a civil right. It is a constitutional right. A good lawyer would know the deference. And the clown has barely enough legal knowledge to fill out a bumper sticker.

One other thing, Police aren't the only ones you may not want seeing into your house so the area of view beyond the front door needs to be kept simple, as blank as possible with as few things as possible or someone might see or think they see something they might want to come back for later while you're sleeping, at work, or right there and then.

Wait, if I'm naked, and I mean starkers, and I open the door to Police, isn't that a crime ("indecent exposure") because a member of the public innocently walking past my house might look in, past the police, and see something that he or she just can't unsee 🤣🤣🤣 ?? Second question. Is asking or demanding that someone commit a crime, see above, a criminal offence (e.g. inciting)?? Can a police officer legally ask or order you to break the law?

The best is Jeff Gray at "honor your oath" youtube..he places his documents in a clear plastic bag with a string attached, and on a printed card he states he is invoking his 4th, 5th and 6th amendment rights and hangs it out the window rolled all the way up...Priceless...

Ten days for possessing the same evidence (likely for resale or personal use) that likely took years away from someones life for the same charges. Somehow when he did it its only misconduct and a slap on the wrist.

Ive always been curious about the dui beath tests. i see it more when officers get caught for dui, 9 out of 10 times they do not agree to take the breathalyzer. So im wonder, in the event that someone is pulled over for dui, is it best to just refuse all the tests. Dont they say your license will automatically be suspended for a year if you refuse to take the tests. So is it better to refuse to rake all the test or do you have to take the one at the station?
