I used to listen to this song by night when I was living in Erevan. I was already depressed before coming to 🇦🇲 and the post-soviet atmosphere made me suicidal. It's a very subtle combination of architecture, depressed people trying to be cheerful and something a bit "off" that I cannot really explain in some places, as a westerner. I still really like post soviet countries and 🇦🇲 more specifically though. Nicest people. Also met a lot of 🇷🇺 people, great guys too. A lot of people have been through some real shit in those countries (artyom, if you read me...) Living in those countries is not easy, and you better have a really good wage before even trying. That's sad because there are a lot of beautiful places and the people I met were usually great. This song reminds me a lot of stuff, a lot of really bad stuff but also some of the happiest memories I had. And let's be honest, it really slaps

Does anyone know how to contact Chernikovskaya Hata to request rights to her song and use it for an animated short?

This is the exact state of that moment between realizing you’ve drank way too much, and regretting being unable to stop passing out (or worse) 😭 {0.75x speed} It’s a flimsy path between being getting tipsy and getting too (destructively) drunk…
