  That guitar part at the end used to be piano and is piano in the studio version. But they've stopped playing piano live.

  I watched RAR 2014 live on tv as a kid. From this point on, I was a hardcore LP fan. I grew up with their music and other great stuff. Sadly I never saw them live. Was at Mike's Post Traumatic tour show in Cologne in 2018 though, will never forget that.

  Yes! The album has kind of a vintage carnival ambience to it. It feels mysterious, whimsical, with a touch of vitrola!? My brain is still dissecting it all but I am loving all the songs on the album. They get better each time you listen to them. They are definitely creating their own sound and mixing genres ❤❤

  The difference between a true reaction and a pause anaysis... it took seven minutes to get through a four minute song... this was a pause analysis, breaking the vibe every 15 seconds xD

  This is Ale’s second favourite song behind Automatic Sun. You really need to check out Sharks which is heavy an absolute belter, Consume which was brilliantly performed live for first time at Nimes, the incredibly bizarre Apologize for the screams and the groovy Escapism.

  For me, “Escapism” is the most unique sounding track on the album (especially when considering the “B-side” tracks), and it has great dynamics too.

  @@lonelywind3511 This was not for this song, but for Apologize. There are fan made videos of them performing this song live in European festivals and she just slides her fingers on the string for this song.

  @@reactionsaccount3955 correct. I had to find a live version of satisfied to see what she did but it wasn't a slide. I couldn't find a live apologize yet but did find an interview where they said that.

  The world of music in one song? Been listening to rock since the late 60's and this is not a good album...it IS a great album! XXI Century blood is a good album, Queen of the Murder scene is one of the all time great albums, Error is as well, and now this!!!!! And they are all different!

  I am happy you love the music and the composition they so skillfully create. For me, I deeply appreciate the WHOLE. The lyrics mesh with the music with the phrasing with the instrumental choices with the rhythm with the anchoring power of the bass line. Sometimes the lyrics catch me and draw me in. Sometimes the beat, or the melody, or the rawness, or the intricacies of how they play off each other and support each other, or Dany's vocal choices. These women have so much richness in what they compose that my soul is fed. However, unlike the title of the album, keeping me fed is nice, but the artistic nourishment they have provided to date has been amazing. I can and do cherish it repeatedly.
