    I live on the Cape… one place that would be amazing to investigate is the basement of the Crosby mansion in Brewster. My husband is a several generation Cape Coder and the stories when it was a place for chubby young girls is something else…. But the biggest feeling is in that basement

    Hello! I am originally from Anderson, IN use to date a gal that use to set up the paranormal "meet & greets" throughout Indiana. She'd arranged for Bishop James Long to come to the Rhoads Hotel and do a little educational class on Demonology and Possessions back in early 2013; which was interesting. I was brand new to my interest in ITC and paranormal. Her and I stayed overnight that night and I was able to do a mini investigation with a video camera and Sony voice recorder. Caught a couple of "possible" orbs and a lot of EVPs. The best EVP was one that I actually heard a male voice say "Michael" in my ear; after asking who's room we were in. When I asked if anyone else said the name Micheal, the other 3 people with me denied it. When I played the recorder back, I'd gotten a class A saying Michael. My mind was blown. Do they not have the small room with the dolls any longer? Great place, thanks for sharing!

    Oh wow, that's such a cool experience to have had there!! And to really have a more personal encounter there hearting that right next to you 😳 , Oh I'd love that to have happened to us! There wasn't a specific room with dolls, it's quite cleanly decorated with beds and dressers, but I'm not sure quite how it's changed over the years. That's neat to know it's been investigated longer than I thought though, thanks for sharing that too! ✌️

    Hi @Full Dark Paranormal what's the name of the music starting at 2.32 minutes and 17.57 seconds and ending at 3.22 minutes and 17.57 seconds? It's where you say that you found out later that there where 2 cemeterys one for veterans and one not on the commons then you say that you wondered through the veterans cemetery and then the other section with some of the oldest graves you have ever seen and then you say did I take an uber to get to the cemetery yes I did but I can't remember the rest

    Fort Adams was my stomping grounds for me in the crew I hung out with during the 80s. We use to cruise the grounds and the earthworks many nights and during the daytime and there are multiple occasions when something a little eerie happened, weatherby psychosomatic or what I can't say. One thing you never want to do if you are a little put off by spooky situations don't ever do what we did when we hung around in there at night times which was either drinking smoking weed or tripping on hallucinogens. Been through a few of the tunnels that were still open in and under the earth works on the south side of the fort to include the listening tunnels to include another one that actually had a little staging area with a Stone bench and sloped ceiling with some stairs on the other end going upwards. It's been so long I can't remember all of the passages throughout the tunnels.

    It’s the mechanics in the DR60. Because if the mic inside of the device, it’s faulty. This is why the DR60 shouldn’t actually be used to try to capture EVPs, it’s very poor quality. There’s many videos debunking the device and exposing its mechanics such as Kenny Biddle.

    Amy and Ryan, My Late Dad took my Mom, my Brother, and I too Gem Shows because he collected Gem Stones!! I have a collection that I inherited and some that I bought. I should have known what goes on in these Countries towards the poverty stricken and how it hurts the Ecosystem, but I just have good memories of being with my Late Dad. However, I agree that we should find ways to become more aware and if possible, find stones ourselves. However, in the City that I live in, I do not know where I would find Amethysts or clear crystals, but years ago down the Sea Shore, I found a white stone with green in it and I have it to this day!! And I move in Aug. 7th to a nicer area of the city and there is a shop called Spiritual World, but for some reason I just do not feel comfortable going inside and I can not find a reason why. And it is profoundly sad what goes on with exploiting people who are poverty stricken who are only 7 years old and some large businesses in the U.S. that might deal with imports being apathetic, but like with the focus on stopping "blood diamonds", this reminds me of something the Late Pope Paul II said, "Capitalism can not exist without a Conscience". And maybe we can still have those crystals, but working conditions MUST be improved!! Also, more research on how mining crystals impact on our ecosystem can be minimized should be researched and studied. I think it is just important for people to realize that those Workers who live in poverty have MORE VALUE than the Gem Stones themselves and that is how Capitalism can be practiced with a Conscience!!!

  • @FullDarkParanormal
    @FullDarkParanormal4 ай бұрын

    There are gem shows and shops I've loved too, and it definitely just adds a layer of awareness to have more information, but it doesn't change the good memories. The nice thing about this subject is that people are enjoying and preserving beautiful pieces, and generally putting value (even if it's personal) on these items, so the moral aspect is intact just maybe misdirected. The more I learned the more I found out there are in fact ethical sources and tons of materials from the American continents that aren't contributing to any human or environmental devastation. It does make for less available types of stones, but if they're extracted without a toll on the landscape or the resource themselves, it makes me happy. Thank you for listening, capitalism is the hardest thing to live under, but being good to each other and the planet is the way around! ✌️

    Amy and Ryan, You need not apologize and do not feel bad about searching Sanatoriums and Sanitariums for ghost activity. I believe that You and Ryan are good people and are not trying to dishonor or belittle anyone who is disabled or not!!! If I were to search for or communicate with the dead, disabled or not, I would treat them with the same respect and compassion that I would want to be treated!! Although I am not mentally ill and I never had Tuberculosis, I would practice the golden rule of respect for others and treat them with the same understanding, compassion, and love that I would want to be treated if I were mentally ill or if I were sick with tuberculosis. I see them as people just like us, except they experienced a suffering that we have not experienced.

    That's really what it is isn't it, being able to be the best version of ourselves in these places and really learn as much as possible about the daily lives and goings on. It helps to paint the best picture and to try and get more context before ever even trying to experience anything unexplainable. We'd love to go and take the history tour of Trans-Allegheny in West Virginia, just for more info. Thanks for listening!! 💜

    I’ve worked in a large institution back in the early 2000s (I won’t say where). I would hope that anyone investigating such places now, would do so ethically. But I know that’s not often the case. I think the role of the owner/manager plays a huge part in how their space is used & the memory of the individuals that once lived there are represented. Setting ground rules prior to an investigation & a policy for good practise re: any filming. However, that then depends on the motive of the owner, money, heritage, fame… ? It’s a tricky one as those places fascinate me too but I would behave respectfully & with compassion. Learning about the history & how they lived is always a priority in how I investigate. Being able to empathise from the individuals point of view is important to me. Who knows, it might even form a more authentic experience if that individual then chooses to connect & communicate with you 🤷‍♀️ Thanks Amy. I came here after watching episode 2 first 😅

    Ya know what's crazy is I've found the historical tours in the daylight to be much more interesting than some of the overnights in places like these. It's a really touchy difficult subject, for sure, and not every owner is going to provide what feels like an ethical or best take on the property they're a steward of. Thank you so much for listening!
