This man is horrible. He is actually hurting people with this crappy advice.. He talks, never proves anything he says can’t reference any science. Listen to this clown at your own risk.

Do cofee first and gauge ger attitude. Go to Waffle House second. Gauge their reaction. If she is a 'keeper', take her to a nice dinner.

I am confused to why he said humans need to take care of their children/offspring for 10 years? What is he speaking on? What human child does not need care after the age of ten?

Society paints this perfect happy picture of how things should be, meanwhile everyone has issues and doesn’t show it! We could just take time to see the under lining issues everyone carries with them it would put everyone else at ease.

This guy talks like every person who uses socials as an influencer is fony by default. I'm intrigued by the science of neuroplasticity and such but I can't help but get skeptical of entrenched pessimism about media tech use. The internet, like life, is what you make it. Stop telling people they're helpless against it and they'll likely stop believing that they are.

Sorry, got bored, he is just another white man that got lucky. Preaching how we can all get the things we want and still not be happy. And who wants a Rolex at 12 years old, why didn’t he ask for parents that love him and cared for his well being? Not buying what he is selling.

I am sorry but i am and never was one of those people wanting a big car or house. I manifested a nice appartment in a calm area. I am happy and became happier when i learnt to love myself. I am also a Dr ...not a neurosurgeon who are known stereotypically to chase status generally. Not an easy job. High stress and mean doctors at times. I was depressed at one point and trying to care for others. It was unhealty and didnt work. Once i felt at peace with myself again, i was able to help people. So everyone comes to this from a different perspective. I was fortunate to grow up comfortable...not rich but comfortable. So i never desired gucci or rolls royce. I knew I needed what i needed.

I'm so glad someone is talking about using one's capabilities for helping others. While I think one needs both personal achievement AND devotion to something that helps others, I think there's way too much emphasis on the former in western society. It almost literally makes me sick when I hear stories like the man in Calgary who froze to death after slipping on ice and no one helped despite his att4mot to wave people down. I truly think we need a shift in values, especially among our youth. Maybe it's just because I'm older now and see the value of helping and making others feel good, but one can't help but think that western society rewards greed and selfishness too much. Sorry for sounding negative.

27:00 but i wonder if that woman still would of had the drive to become successful if the father didn't say those things? something recently happened to me where after not working for a few years a sibling said some very harsh things to me about my lifestyle, i'm now working and doing fine for myself but i would probably still be living like a lazy bum had he not pissed me off so much.

I was so engrossed in listening to Dr. Doty that I didn't hear any other sound till I read your comments. The realisation is that intent listening filters collateral noise.

Dr. Doty sounds a lot like my late father… i am probably wrong but I hope he might consider dedicating a year of love and attention toward his body, even if that means he has to cut back on work a little, so he is around many more years to continue to help others. Although, I guess the length of one’s life does not really equate to impact , ultimately.
