I was disappointed the Orin duel didn't last longer. I tried my best to drag it out, even changing the difficulty to heal us both, but two things got in the way of that. Orin's near insta-kill move, and the fact that the slayer form can't be healed by changing the difficulty, Orin's form could though, so not fair. I wanted to paint the arena red.

I'm not saying that I would betray Nightsong because that is evil, but I must say that Nightsong kinda bugs me and I really dislike her, because she is really vengeful and that does not examplify anything that the Celestial Planes want, they offer mercy not destruction, a reason why I like Bahamut because he examplify amazingly the Justice.

I think you're forgetting everything she's been through. She lost the one she loved. Was tricked and betrayed by her lovers father. Was then imprisoned for over 100 years, where she was killed over and over and over by shar worshippers looking to become dark justiciars. After she killed lorokan she said she felt like something was wrong with her. Also if you speak to isobel she says that aylin needs to be cherished and shes up for the task. She says alyin is damaged. Her physical wounds heal quickly but it will take a lot for her to recover mentally. So I think in the past she may have acted more mercifully and she may do one day again after she's had some healing but when we meet her she is extremely mentally scarred by what was done to her which is why shes so aggresive and unforgiving to those that would harm her and her allies

@@thermicterror2951 But you forget one thing in the lore there are a lot of Angels who are imprisoned by Demons, Devils or Evil Gods for thousands of years, these angels are tortured every day really, and when they are free they never snap, they are no vengeful or brutal, they are still on the right path and are reasonable and still they examplify what the Celestial planes want, this is the case of one of Bahamut 's Angels of one named Gabriel.

@@omargerardolunamorales217 I get what you're trying to say, but in terms of storytelling such character wouldn't be able to trigger any emotions I think, such behavior is just too unreal for a person and most likely would made Dame Aylin not as appealing as she is in the game. Apart from that the idea that even an "angel" can be broken is kinda more interesting, at least for me

@omargerardolunamorales217 shes an aasmiar not an "angel" there have been fallen aasmiar in the lore and the lore and general rules around aasmiar are confusing and generally change quite a lot. I don't know exactly where you are getting this angel lore from but surely each aasmiar would likely follow their god parent's teachings similar to a cleric of that god, which is basicly what we seen ingame. She is a daughter of selune, selune isn't the god of forgiving everyone you meet, she has enemies, mainly shar. Also when she asks selune to forgive you selune does, so clearly her mother approves of Aylins actions

@@DBfan106 I dont know. On Honor Mode, the brain just has way too much shit that can break concentration (particularly haste) and I just barely beat it on my recent run. Doesnt help that I had shit rolls when attempting to dominate the brain in the lake.

Fun fact, you can free him after killing the hag and explain to him the hag was the one that gave him the non-existent affliction and he is free to go. Same goes for the guy in the mirror room

i think that he wont die if you kill the hag frist, read somewhere that (spoiler) she is the one that made him sick and is keeping him sick, so you can save him with killing her
