1st comment Can I buy it from you Nikon F3 for less than 200$
this ones a keeper. Appreciate the offer!
bought one 1 week ago for 500€ with 3 manual ttartisan lenses and absolutely love it. 16mp are more then enough for private use and social media.
I went down the Leica rabbithole. Got Qs, Ms and SLs. Plus glass. Dumped them all and rebought 2 X-Pro 1s. I simply didn't need over $30k in gear for street photography. I'll continue to pick-up any X-Pro 1s I find at a good price.
Beautiful editing. thanks for sharing.
Hi, do you think the fuji x-e1 takes the same photos as the x-pro1 since they have the same Xtrans1 sensor?
I have had the X PRO 1 for ten years, love the style. Great video and you are laid back and cool. Happy photography .
1:14 no man... fuji has been making cameras for a LONG time. Both film and digital. Fun fact, they actually created the first fully digital camera. The "Fujix" in 1988. But they were making really good film cameras before that. Mostly medium format stuff.
well damn, I'm convinced! Great video
Great video! I also love my XPro-1 from 2012. It was a direct evolution from film to digital. It also seems to be the best to pair with vintage lenses and the effects are amazing. My favourite old lens with is my Pentacon 50, but I have had amazing results with Nikon lenses as well. 👌🏻👍 10:08
Fuji makes great photographic equipment. In my film only days, I used three Fuji ST705 35mm SLR film cameras, a Fuji GW670 medium format rangefinder camera, and a Fuji GSW690 medium format rangefinder camera. I also used a Fuji 90mm wide-angle lens on my 4x5 inch view camera. In my digital days, I used three Fuji S5 dSLR cameras, three Fuji X-Pro1 digital mirrorless cameras, and one Fuji X-Pro2 graphite mirrorless camera. For my Fuji X-Pro mirrorless cameras, I primarily used the following Fuji auto focus prime lenses: 16mm f/1.4 23mm f/1.4 56mm f/1.2 For backups, I used the following Fuji auto focus zoom lenses: 16-55mm f/2.8 50-140mm f/2.8 I used my Fuji cameras primarily for weddings, portraits, social events, scientific/medical, landscapes, architecture, still life, and documentary.
What a geek

fascinating story
Thanks.
I picked up an X-Pro1 just two years ago in summer of 2021 and it feels like it’s been with me all my life. It’s just such a natural fit of a camera. “It’s got a soul.” Indeed.
I am happy that you feel what I felt. It’s truly an incredible tool.
I just got the XE1 and I pair it with the 35mm 1.4 and I love it 👌
Knock it out the park.
I was a Nikon shooter from the late 70’s up to the D810. I still use the D810. But when I got interested in mirrorless, I gravitated to fujifilm. I bought a used X-Pro1 and a used X100S. Based on my experience with these, I bought a New X-Pro2. When the X-Pro3 came out, I traded the X-Pro2 for an X-Pro3. I loved the X-Pro3 so much I bought a spare. Now, besides the 2 X-Pro3’s, I have an X-T5, X100F and an X-T10 (which has been converted to IR). When Fujifilm announces the X-Pro4, I will probably stick with the X-Pro3. Like you, I’ve found my perfect camera. Even if the new model has 40MP. If I need 40MP, I’ve got the X- T5.
Man, you have got an impress lineup. I loved Nikon primarily because of my dad. Fuji was my independent choice rather sticking with a brand to steal my dad’s gear 😂. Eventually he switched to Fuji. I’m personally going to ride out with my XT4, I truly believe the longer you stick with one body 5 or more years the more you truly unlock its true potential. Unless you shoot 100,000 frames …lol.
X pro1 x ever
Forever, forever, ever, forever, ever? 😂 #outkast
You can make more "sit back and talk Fujifilm" videos with your mentioned fujifilm gears. I like this video ☕ and your relax style
Great feedback. Thank you for your time.
That's one reeeeeeeeeeeeeeealllly beautiful video - Thanks for sharing.
That’s reeeeeeeeeaaaallly nice of you to say 😉

Been somethings I heard for years ahki!
Aloha my braddah, I’ve been shooting a Nikon D700 and this video has piqued my interest. The image examples you showed are very impressive. I’ve never owned a rangefinder type camera so the X-Pro 1 seems like a logical choice with a nice price point. If I use a lens without auto focus, would the led display be the only way to focus and would it still feel natural? I’ve only shot using a standard viewfinder so I’m in the dark on that subject. I’m seriously considering it and I have some Nikon glass to use with it too. Mahalo for putting out quality content, I truly appreciate your time and attention to my inquiries. Stay blessed my Braddah…
Whaddup! Big fan of the Nikon D700 from a far and I want to own one eventually. The answer to your question is this, I use Nikon 50mm 1.8 E Series in manual mode with Focus Peaking with the EVF. I shoot on B&W in camera then process the jpegs in body as well. Lucky this camera’s view finder is EVF and the LCD on the back is a screen too. Fuji made this cool. I highly suggest picking up a Fuji compatible lens so you can use optical view finder. I love that film feeling.
I know many owners of the XP1 sing the benefits of the Xtrans 1 sensor.. I understand the focus is slow. What is your experience? Mask On Nurse Marty (Ret)
Hello, now a days I use either the 23mm F/2 WR or the 14mm F/2.8 so I can utilize the optical Viewfinder, I visualize and predict my shots so I try to stay out of Electronic mode. But Autofocus only bothers me in low light situations due to the age of this product.
Great video, Sir!
I really enjoy that video! 😁 You are an super relaxed & sympathetic man 🫵 keep going! Best regards from Austria 🇦🇹
Love Fujifilm stuff!
Fuji goes crazy!!! I was born into the Nikon family due to my dad. Fuji was my research and decision and been a huge fan.
Wow, the KZread algorithm is crazy. Recommended me a Fuji video (which i shoot with) AND you're from Houston? Instant sub!
“H-Tine hol’ n down!” Yes, fuji shooters are a different breed. 🔥🔥🔥
Love this setup, nice and easy, cool at the same time!
Love how the photos you take show up on the screen! Beautiful editing champ 👍🏾

Great job bro...
Mashallah
Mashallah I love this thank you!
My boy kd!
Do you realise that the 35 mm lens is a rather rare NASA glass? At least that's what the serial numbers indicate. This lens is worth a lot, man - it's a gem.
I just use a Nikon Ai-S Nikkor 35mm F/1.4 MF day long and Nikon Ai-S Nikkor 85mm F/1.4 MF for Portraits.
Those are my go to choices for my film Nikon f5
Agreeing with this guy is easy.
