  I use ringers chocolate orange wafters or dumbbells 8mm they love them on the canal I fish nothing like a wild tench like a rocket taking off

  Morning Karl I was talking a fisherman fishing the bottom lake he said he was catching tench but on light tackle ie 3lb bottom and maggots

  There have been quite a few small catfish caught in matches on the Grand Union Canal in the Milton Keynes/3 locks area over the last 10 years. Good luck.
