Hi, nice video and sound! I notice you have the SP Connect Moto Mount Pro (with antivibration module) installed on the left handlebar. I wonder wether your mobile interferes with the windscreen when tutning the handlebary max to the right? Also, does the mobile interfere with operating the control switches?
@ajs.studiosАй бұрын
Surprisingly it fits very well, it doesnt intefere at all while riding and it sits high enough that i can still use the buttons, i just cant fully see them (which isent a problem). The only issue is when putting the phone on where the handlebars need to be quite straight otherwise it becomes quite difficult to put on.

@loza932 ай бұрын
Bro, couple tips. When you downshift you dont have to rev match because you have a slipper clutch. Lean your upper body(head at the mirrors) If you decide to rev match dont release the brakes because you unsettle the bike. Brake almost to the apex where you point the bike and give it gas. Ofcourse most brakes at the start and release as you lean more. The trick to riding well is always keep the tires loaded. Brakes load the front(if you dont load and you might crash because of your suspension. Great video tho❤
@ajs.studios2 ай бұрын
Thanks for the advice, i appreciate it. My only issue is that i have done some testing with the way i shift and have found that if i dont rev match, the bike feels quite unstable or sometimes the rear wheel even chatters which with any sort of lean angle can be pretty scary. Since making this vide i have improved quite a bit, i am working on a video where i compare my riding right in the beginning to a year later, hopefully i get the motivation to finish it soon.

At the Moment I have to decide between rc390 and Rs457. So how do you Like the engine and the Suspension on the rc? And which tyres did you use ?
@ajs.studios4 ай бұрын
The engine is super fun and punchy, i believe it will vibrate more than the rs457 but that is part of the single cylinder experience. My only complaint with the engine is when you let the revs drop too low and it starts to bog down it shakes pretty bad which for a unexperienced rider can be a bit dangerous. I have absolutly no complaints with the suspension, i spent a few hours testing and adjusting the suspension to my liking and it dramatically improved the ride feel (ended up stiffening the suspension over the stock setup). At the moment im experimenting with tires, i have the stock conti`s on the back and michelin pilot sport on the front, but i will change back to the conti`s when the front need changing as they are pretty perfect for this size and type of bike. Hope this helps you :)

@@ajs.studios thx for the answer. Going to buy the rc390 next Friday. At the Moment the 2023 model cost just around 5k which is awesome. I think the rc is way better in terms of suspension,brakes and riding position.

They are KTM parts and are made for this exact bike, so it shouldn’t be too hard to get but maybe it depends on where you are buying from.
