Pity, that Harry Oldman hasn’t played in Tarantino’s movies 😢
It would be a match made in heaven 😍
Strong woman without even trying, she just radiates the aura, motherly and yet commanding
So beautiful here
Wow classy and pretty
Wow she was so beautiful. I remember having a crush on her as a kid in the 70s and 80s. Great actress that didn’t need all the woke stuff today. All female actors take note and earn it like she did.
Sam Sulek broke the mold in the fitness youtube world.
I’ll check his channel. Thanks for the recommendation 🙏
I agree
And Newt ended up DEAD, after all that! Very poor screenplay in the end.
Ok, all you 360ers. Put your right arm out, palm ✋ up ⬆️. Maybe with a glass 🥃 in it. Now rotate it towards in the direction of your thumb 360 degrees. You’re not exactly back to normal, huh? Keep going another 360 degrees, et voila , now you are unchanged. 720. That’s how much of a genius Quentin is,
She goes back when she learns that the colony of families on LV-426 might be in trouble, and shows real determination when she discovers parentless NEWT, igniting her maternal instincts for her own ‘lost’ daughter during the 57 years she was asleep between Alien movies.
Very accurately put. ‘Aliens’ is so much more than a simple sci-fi actioner!
There is one Alien book that I listened to once that was really good, where there is an occurence that happens in between Alien and Aliens. I forgot the name but it was awesome too!
Sigourney is awesome
Thank you Somehow , once, many years ago she was my real hero Slayer of "real" dragons
I’m glad she’s a reminder of something you overcame, and I hope these “dragons” are forever in the past for you.
@@cedricjouarie🤣 amen and amen May those dragons remain only in our past and will never come back to haunt us even in our dreams ❤️😂
❤❤❤
Thank you, though this video is a little bit tongue in cheek, it’s also genuinely heartfelt and very personal. I’m glad and grateful you enjoyed it 🙏
Aliens was one of the very rare instances where the sequel is superior to the origina! Weaver was fantastic and Ripley is a classic hero!
Man , she was one of the hottest big birds back in the day. The woman is a giant ,but she was so hot when she was young. And of course extremely intelligent. 🤓🩷💐
Such a lovely woman. Arguably one of the best sequels ever made in a franchise. Glad she did the movie she was superb
Up there with T2.
@@nuntana2 and Empire Strikes Back and Wrath of Kahn
I've been in Love with her Since 1979.
Aliens >> Alien
He put on the absolute best acting job I have ever seen
James McAvoy truly is an amazing actor!
@@cedricjouarie yes he is
Ripley, an awesome remake hero. The around her sucks but she just gets on with it. She razor sharp mind, arse kicking abilities and with compassion as required.
He must of thought it was white boy day….
Talk about having the wrong hair. When she was in Galaxy Quest with the straight blonde hair I couldn't believe how atractive Sigourney was - never saw it till then.
Wow, she has an American accent here, and now, she has an English accent
Frightened number 2 would be number 3..and number 3 was filler..
I miss when actors used to talk about their characters and the script of the movies they were part of, instead of talking about politics and all that bs
I’m currently airing an interview of Anya Taylor Joy where she talks about working with James McAvoy, Night Shyamalan, as well as her own character on SPLIT. One is out already, with more to come. Stay tuned!
@@cedricjouarie neat
Wow she's just superb, we're so so lucky she was there for Scott and Cameron to build it around
Before Commissioner Gordon got his act together.
Even white knights can have a dark past 🤣
She looks stunning!!❤
Ripley is how is an example of writing a strong female lead correctly and without fuss
What a beautiful, elegant and eloquent woman. Many so called stars today could take a page from her book.
Still In character wow.
Always 😜
Beautiful, intelligent, well poised. My type of woman.
If he did a 360 degree turn with them they’d be facing the same direction right?
It’s been said 😉
She was brilliant in this, the whole freaking cast was. Loved seeing things the theatre for the first time.
Sadly I was too young. My first watch was on home video.
Seeing Goldman here really makes you wanna see him and Johnny Depp together in a Pirates of the Caribbean movie.
There is no part he can't play.
You seen her recently
The character of Ripley is a master class in how to write strong female characters in action films. Unfortunately, it’s a class too many directors and script writers skipped. The modern idea of a strong female action character is that she’s flawless…can fight off men twice her size without breaking a sweat…is both a technical genius and fashionista. In other words: Dull, flat, not believable.
Ripley is my role model forever. I love you, Ripley ❤❤❤
She's beautiful
This woman made my world more interesting, for years i have studied the alien world.
And the insain money they offered her was pretty attractive as well
...and she earned every cent. What's wrong with being paid for your work?
Sidney😊
So perfectly explained!!!❤😊
