  @@successbydesign3483 I have perfex crm, and when I create a new project and mark the executors on it, from the side of the executors is not visible information about the cost of the project. But in the project settings I set a fixed rate and write the price. Once, a few months ago I was able to find and change the setting so that employees can see the fixed cost of the project, but after the update I can not find where I can let employees of a particular project to see how much this project costs (usually it appears in the project overview section).

  Hello, thank you for asking. The email will be sent from the system default email with the standard company signature. It is possible that the you can change the signature to the be that exact staff member's signature, if he has loaded his signature . I hope this helps

  An existing customer makes a query via the client portal and it comes into the system as a ticket. you will receive an email alerting you/or the people you assign to that department in the system will

  Definitely solid advice. I recommend starting with the end in mind: knowing what parts of the business you don't enjoy doing, and finding folks more skilled than you at those areas ASAP. I've come to realize that the average entrepreneur waits too long to do this!
