It is now July 2024 and Spitfire has completely re-designed their plug-in and interface. It is SO MUCH EASIER to use now. Tht grey type on a white background was blinding me and I was avoiding spitfire products because of it! Of course, the sound of eh instruments is AMAZING!

Can you help me, please? I connected my blue yeti microphone with my iPad Air 5 and recorded the screen with audio using the USB port of the iPad. Now when the recording is over, and I am trying to play it back, the audio is not audible through the iPad. I have to disconnect the USB c wire from the iPad only then I can hear the audio. Is it possible to hear the audio without removing the USBC plug?

Huh, interesting. I'm torn between these two. The lower latency of the Motu is amazing, but in the examples given in the video, the Scarlett sounds significantly nicer. I made sure to listen to that section with the window minimised, whilst reading my emails, and the jump in difference was very noticeable

I have many issues with garageband, the most recent is that a message appears telling that an audio plug in reported a problem which might destabilize the system and garageband has to close. So, I get rid off all 3-rd party plug ins (paid or free) and I work only with the garageband plug ins. This is really a bum, even with paid plug ins...

I get much louder sound when I use the iPad mic (but not the best quality). I also get a full wave form for the track. When I connect using the Focusright Scarlet Solo I get much lower volume and almost no waver form on the track even with gain turned pretty high. Is there a way to get iPad level sound/wave forms while using an audio interface like the Focusright? Currently, the Focusright isn't much better than when I plug the mic directly into the ipad (rather than through the Focusright). I've tired with both Shure and Behringer mics and a direct connection between the audio interface and the guitar. Thanks!
