  Seems there should be minimum 60% for eligibility...but no worries startup based companies or small companies you can try....of you are good in programming then it will be easy for you

  Thats the real problem of Indian MNC's and mindset .....background is most important than skill big mnc's like google IBM and Cognizent prefer skill rather than background ..and that's why they are at top and indian mnc's are not even in the list... all they want is cheap labour to develop their applications with no "salary hike".

  Sir I am a bcom graduate from Calcutta University Yesterday I got documents verification mail from tcs I have 4 out of 6 semesters marksheet and a final marksheet where all semsesters results are clearly mentioned. I will recieve the rest of two marksheets by the end of this month. Can I send the 4 marksheets along with final marksheet? Please say sir

  exactly same thing happened with me . after this I asked for release , but here release also not easy even your project is not aligned with your skill set. and after revised salary , only health insurance increased by 3000 yearly . i never seen such type of increment in my career . if they have increased city allowance then it make some sense.

  Its very important to click on " Discussion happened but not satisfied" in SPEED after the band disagreement discussion otherwise the workflow will end there only, it will not proceed further 😂
