Neat.
Easy as 1,2,3
Polite correction! Andromeda galaxy is 2.5 million light years away, not 250! Awesome images my friend! You have my subscription! Wes, Liverpool England
Nice!
I just ventured into astrophotography after two years of visual. I have the Adair mini,120 mini guide scope and the asi585mc cooled camera. I’m having trouble viewing through the main camera. All I see is a black screen and plate solving keeps failing. Can’t even polar align because it fails. If I can’t polar align I can’t use any of the features until it polar aligns.
I had to give it a like just for the intro haha that’s so me.
That’s a partial eclipse 🤓☝️
Hello. what is the total weight of the equipment and what is the maximum shutter speed you set?
Thank you very much Scott!😃
Gotta be Venus I think
But I'm wrong cuz it's Jupiter. $JUP FTW! 😂
I would love to the redcat51 but I need money😢
Outstanding walk through! Thanks much! BTW, I just subscribed and hit the like button.
Awesome thank you for your support!!!
How does the filter fit the camera?does it screw inside the adapter ring? Have a c9.25 and just tried Hyperstar for 1st time. Amazing. And what an absolutely marvelous image. Do you think I could achieve something similar with my C9.25, hyper star and ASI294? I have just been using it for EAA so far without the hyper star. And my exposures have been about one or two seconds for a total of five or six minutes. What do you do with all the 2hrs of images? All new to me! Great channel - subscribed.
Yes, there should be an adapter that fits the inch and a quarter filter near the camera. I'm unsure if a 2-in filter will fit. I would go for 30 seconds to 60 second exposures. The results are amazing
@@ScottExplores29 inside the camera “front bit” there is a black bezel thingy with 4 Philips head screws - looks to be retaining a piece of clear glass in front of the CCD. Under that it looks like a 1.25” female thread - do I remove the glass and screw in the filter? Oooh-er. Nervous!
does this still work if there is no wifi for miles?
Yes it connects your phone via Wi-Fi. Locally
Gorgeous. Thanks for showing us how you set that up.
I'm glad you liked it
Also the diameter is more like 200,000 ly. 110,000 is closer to the size of the milky way.
Yeah believe I got something like that mixed up in this video
Like 230 , what's the best exposure for the hyperstar m8 ?
Depends on what you're imaging. Any darker nebula go for 1 minute to 2 minute exposures. In a nebula like Orion go for like 30 seconds. You can even mix it all up
Recently bought a Celestron 6se optical tube to use with my Celestron CG-4 mount equipped with a Astro-Gadget motorized go to conversion kit. Am watching videos to see if I want to invest in a HyperStar. Nice video. Just subscribed.
Hyperstar made it so easy for me.
Almost a good video, but you used intestellar music.
Lol any recommendations
@@ScottExplores29 just something original. Be yourself and dont do this for views.
Thank you for the enlightenment
Nah you trippin interstellar music fits perfectly
Hard to say from this image but probably Jupiter. It's usually the brightest planet up there this time of year.
You got it!!!!!
Thank you for being online. As a fellow astrophotographer, you set goals that I hope to one day achieve!
You can do it!
Thank you very much, Scott. I'm just now my first telescope, William Optics Zenithstar 73, from a great guy on eBay. He has been very patient with me going over all his add-ons that he has with the scope. I was looking for something to make things easier, and your video did it. The last thing I need to purchase is the Go to Equatorial Mount. Thanks again, and Happy New Year!!!
Awesome! Glad you found value from this video
Oh dear, Uranian intelligent life has appeared on Earth! 🛸🩵❄️👽
Interesting
Beautiful 👏👏👏
Thank you!
You got me 🪝
Astrophotography is definitely a great addiction!
Is that a plant or gaw braker
Uranus
Every planet in the solar system has some sort of ring system and, yes, even Earth. Most but not all scientists acknowledge ring systems on how prominent they are. Earth's ring system is extremely thin. Therefore, it is not considered as a ring system to certain scientists.
Very interesting I've never heard this before
Very cool! Is that a nebula of some sort?
Yes! I believe it's an emission nebula
Mars will eventually have rings also! Its predicted that one of its moons will crash into its surface and make them.
Woahhhh! I will have to do a video on that!
egg 😔
🥚
🥚😔
Lol am I missing something
@@ScottExplores29 🥚
@@blubery. How many people get this?
Are ringed planets common in other solar systems?
Yes. I would presume so. Rings are made from debris that encircle it due to gravity. It's mostly gas giants but their can be some terrestrial planets that have rings as well in other solar systens. Saturn's ring system is made of ice and it works because it's further back so the ice doesn't melt.
Yes definitely agree 💯
Saturn
Close! I've added a link to the correct planet in on the video next to the rocket 🚀

Uuhh test 😅😅 maybe venus
Maybe I should have been clear on when I filmed this but it was that night time and I am located in California lol but try again 😂
Ohh my bad
Although I am not a great astrologer like you
Keep creating amazing videos bro
@@aryanrajagarwal868 I just linked the answer to the video. There should be a link on the video now. Keep looking up my friend
Which Planet is it??????
Distance to Andromeda galaxy: www.nasa.gov/image-article/galaxy-next-door/
Sorry but... Andromeda is 100x closer! It's 2.5 million light years away from us, not 250 million.
You are absolutely correct 💯
Bro really contacted elon musk ??
Took me a few tries lol 😂

Lol it was hard getting him to mark my target in the sky
So why is the government trying to say there is no space we live on flat Rock with a dome over it wake up humanity this is real space
Not sure who in the government is saying that but seeing it for yourself definitely makes space way more real!
@@ScottExplores29 there's a flat earthers started by the government don't know why but they are trying to hide land over in Antarctica it's complicated research it but not on goggle they lie
What else would you like to see in space? 🚀
Anything as long as it's real 😁
