I live in a house now (not by my choice) and your video brought back found memories of my studio apartment living. I love your organizational skills and descriptions. I started the year out with a goal to not buy more stuff, and am *re-starting* that goal tomorrow after buying too much... I do believe that living with minimal, things that have purpose and function is wise & freeing.
Shes got everything she needs. Now what I’m only wondering is how much. Santa Monica is very very expensive

Hey Sung! So glad I found your channel. It’s exactly what I’ve been looking for. Do you have recommendations for curating an intentional closet? Things like selection, conscious consumerism, pieces that reflect who you are despite not having many of them, quality. You mentioned layering too. How does that work in terms of mindfulness? For a long time I’ve associated good style with having many pieces, especially jewelry, but that obviously isn’t the case with you and I’d love to learn.
If some one whit less shoes than you say they are blessed and it makes you angry , and you dont want them to enjoy there vin like you do , then you need to find the local mental health care specialist ore pastor asap and ask him to fix you ❤

Minimalist are to be admired. I personally could not do that. We live in over 3000 sqft and there is only 3 in my family including me and we still want more space to be away from each other but still close to each other...🤣

She's living in a backyard unit (ADU) which was illegal to build in Santa Monica until 2017. It's shocking, but there are laws (aka zoning) that make it illegal to build homes, which is why we have a housing shortage. YIMBYs are working on changing laws to allow homes to be built. It's YIMBY organizations that got the California bill passed to legalize backyard units and force Santa Monica to make them legal to build.
17 minutes about such a tiny house shows how much thought goes into all spaces and posessions

Since this is a residential space and has a door, it’s ok in this particular house layout.

Where can I rent one of these tiny homes in West LA/Santa Monica? I live in a new apartment in Santa Monica but I am getting tired of living with noisy upstairs neighbors on top of the expensive rent. Peace.....
There aren’t many but if you look up rental ADU’s in those areas there many be some you can keep an eye on. Also, I am working on affordable housing developments in Echo Park and Silver Lake so stay tuned on more info there. Thank you 🙏🏽

They’re custom built but the lights are a warm led and a grade a white oak plywood
I appreciate every detail. I have a married friend who has a tiny home with her husband in AZ.. they built it and then a nice house which they sold and moved to Costa Rica. I think living this way may seem minimal but it's healthiest by far. I'm new so I will sub and check out your channel. Namaste' ❤

Sooooo…true. I just decluttered and literally got a small fridge and emptied it to donate. Our under counter fridge is enough and it’s not full most of the time.
