Thank you! I used Adobe Premier to edit this one. I’m not familiar with da Vinci.
great video . Could you please provide us, Nikon z9 setting for real estate video And color grading ? Thanks
Great dynamic range with the atomos, I use the same camera (Z6 mk 1) for real estate
We need lots more of beef please.
Nice commercial!!!
Maybe the tidal wave of illegals is the answer to why not?!

Wow , How long ago did they build it ? Me myself was born in Corpus Christi .
Just last year!
Which lense did you used for this shoot?
Toooo flat, specially for Nikon z6 , hopefully you started shooting N-log
Yeah, this was shot two years ago, learned a lot since then.
🙈 *promo sm*
Great video, I'm curious with the Nikon system on the z6 and z8 what auto focus settings are you using? Thanks
Hey there, this was shot on the Z9, for the video settings I use auto focus continuous. Every once in a while I set the focus to manual but the z9 has little to no issues with focusing on subjects.
Putting the Z9 to work!!!! Videos look great!!!
Yes sir! Loving it!
Beautiful home!
Looks Great! Are you doing vertical video with you camera sideways, or just cropping the horizontal video?
Thank you! I use an L bracket and record everything vertically.
Which lens use
I use the Nikon Z 14-30mm
hi, JT
How do you like the z9? I'm shooting on Sony I'm just curious
I'm loving it! It's hands down the best camera I've personally ever owned. I've been a Nikon shooter my whole career, for the exception of the Panasonic GH5s. So going from some old systems, to the Z6, and to the Z9 has been a game changer. The autofocus is crazy good and the video features are amazing. That was honestly the main reason I purchased it, because in Real Estate, the lighting conditions are usually really poor inside homes.
That's nice
💯 for real!
Just Beautiful ❤️❤️❤️🤩
Hello man how are you? Congratulations on your work, I'm speaking from Brazil and just like you, I use a Nikon Z6II (I believe you're still using a Nikon Z6). I bought one a little while ago and I'm starting to shoot real state with it, but I get lost in the focus mode, could you help me? which auto focus mode do you think is best for recording real state? a a 14-30 z mount lens Thank you in advance
Hello! I currently use the Z9 now but I used to have that same issue. If your camera is having trouble focusing simply turn your camera/lens to manual focus. For example, if you are filming the kitchen, focus on what you need to focus on, and then flip the switch to manual, and then record your shot . It takes a little extra time, but it will prevent you from being out of focus.
@@CTMPRODUCTIONSLLC Thanks a lot for the help🙏
I'm not seeing the preset anymore was it taken off? thank you
It should still be there, I just clicked on it right now and it took me to the folder. It's towards the bottom.

Do you have this for lightroom. I'm not a photoshop user.
Unfortunately you cannot do sky replacements in Lightroom. They don’t have that feature yet. In photoshop it’s actually pretty easy! Just a few clicks and you’re done!
Thanks so much for this, I’m definitely going to buy your sky pack off Etsy
Thank you!!
Great video! Thanks for the tips!
Absolutely!
Do I need to pay Nikon to enable me shoot 10 bit N-Log to my Z6. I'm not interested in the 12 bit pro-Res.
No, I made that same mistake. I purchased the upgrade for raw and then never used it. However, you can only access 10bit N log with the atomos screen.
@@CTMPRODUCTIONSLLC thanks a million. I just bought one for £342 and two batteries 7900 (milliamp) were thrown in the deal. It looked brand new.
@@shadyninja1 Nice, I loved mine. It helps a ton. It's a little extra work BUT it makes a big difference. Also makes you "look" more professional when you're on site lol
@@CTMPRODUCTIONSLLC "makes you look professional". I love that statement.
@@CTMPRODUCTIONSLLC does N+log take up a lot of space on the external harddrive. I bought 1TB
Do I need to pay Nikon to enable me shoot 10 bit N-Log to my Z6. I'm interested in the 12 bit pro-Res.
No, the 10 bit-NLog is free however you can only acces it using a Ninja V
Great work on this!
Thank you!
Lens? ❤
14-30mm Nikon Z
Will ou be testing Raw vs ProRes? great video
Yes, absolutely, I just got the camera last week and have been booked solid with photography gigs, when I get a chance, I def will!
Good job man! Can I ask you what lense you are using with the Z6?
Thanks! The Nikon 14-30 F4
Darn, Sonic Battle really took in this place, because Emerald Beach is lookin good, but where’s Tails lab.
Very nice pier.
Thanks for answering my first question. How do you get such a nice bright image out of one regular exposure and what are the 2 underexposed images for? I didn't see where they are used in edits? Thank You!
So if you're shooting raw, you should have a lot of flexibility to brighten the image. The two darker images are to help with the highlights, specifically the windows. That's why I like to shoot a little on the dark side.
well so how did you mask in windows in LR and or how did you incorporate the dark exposures - I didn't see where you did that. Thank You
For this process, there is no masking involved. It's only HDR. The blues from the sky can be recovered by using the blue luminance slider.
@@CTMPRODUCTIONSLLC Thank You for that. One more question if you don't mind. How are you getting such a nice bright edit from the one normal exposure and why do you need 2 underexposed frames if your only using to bring back windows?
Nice video! Thank you! I I'm actually do it handheld or with a monopod, but I like your technique
Thanks! It won't work for every occasion but it's definitely a technique to add to the tool bag!
I don't get why do you use HDR on rooms that have no windows like the kitchen ?
You don't have to, you can just do one single shot BUT to get the most dynamic range from your camera, HDR is the way to go. That, and when you're shooting five houses a day, it's more efficient to keep your settings the same instead of having to stop and switch from bracketing to single.
in Aperature Priority mode....adjusting the EV setting, is basically changing the length of the shutter speed?
Somewhat yes, You're basically telling the camera that you either need more or less light which will in return change the shutter speed.
I'm super impressed watching you handheld an HDR image... I'll be honest I have the exact same setup and always use a tripod. Yes, it does add a lot more time to set up and make adjustments before clicking the button. I have to try this out.
Yes! Using a tripod is always the for sure bet. But sometimes you're in a situation where you may not have your tripod or your tripod won't let you get the correct angle. That's when this method could help!
How do you control the windows appearance in lightroom?
As long as you're taking at least three brackated images, you should have enough dynamic range in the image to adjust the windows. Usually the colors that are coming from the windows are blue, so by adjusting blues on the luminance slider, you'll be able to retain some of the image.
I just realised that cracket stack was not ticked in the boxes. i worked that one out. how do you get the perfect window pull when combining those 3 images together. i know in light room you can use highlights but lightroom does that automatically with hdr, once the highlights are complete in order for hdr you really cant get a more window pull in those 3 images can you? unless you play with that in photoshop is that correct?
So sometimes you won't get a perfect window pull. That would require masking in photoshop. Lightroom does a decent job but it doesn't always work perfectly.
I thought so too.
Hi, Just one more question im finding that after taking the images the windows seem to be clear in the picture but when i combine the 3 shots in lightroom and merge them together the windows are blown out do know you know why that happens?
I can't tell you exactly why it happens but it has something to do with the overexposed data being merged with the underexposed. So HDR won't get you perfect results but it is quicker when it comes to editing. If you want crystal clear views through the window you either have to manually blend the layers in photoshop or use flash, both of which take longer in post.
sorry i get what your saying now. thanks
