  My experience is that garlic & eggs do not complement one another, the flavor is just odd. I'd probably sub onion powder for garlic, were I to make this. Might well ditch the cheese too, or at least use something with a sharper flavor, like aged gruyere or asaiago.

  Looks very tasty. I would recommend either lowering the volume of the music down or just removing it completely, the sound of the cooking is more than enough to entertain and educate us :) Sorry If that sounded like negative criticism, it was not meant that way, I like the video a lot, Infact I've already wrote down the ingredients on my shopping list and will be making this on Sunday :) Are you from the Netherlands? At first I thought it was German, but I did not understand the words like I usually would if it's German, so I guessed Dutch :) Anyway Greetings from Sweden and thank you for the video :)

  I would use frozen sweet corn rather than canned corn. Canned corn has less flavor and can be mushy. Other wise looks good.

  Thanks for your comment, yes it can be made without eggs and without cheese. Maybe add some normal flour to the mixture so that the patties hold together. Have a nice week.😊
