I am JohnBurns & l also have land and from Excelsior Minnesota. I have Land in Faribault Co. & Crow Wing Co. In the North. These Park Models unfinished(meaning) all Appliances & Fixtures included, No Furniture(delivered & Set on Slabe or Foundation will still be $50,000.00. That's what it would be here in Branson where l now Live(35yrs.) So, 89k is too high for Us thrifty Folks(Cheap) old school. So 16'x56' in Texas is$69,000.00 Un furnished & Not Delivered, so 800+sq.ft. or 400 sq.ft still less money. Go from there.

Too rustic for y taste. I don’t like the natural wood ceiling, and the countertops in both the kitchen and bath are the ugliest I have ever seen! Everything is too dark.
Maybe it's not right for you, please find the right house for yourself!
It's a pretty tiny house. But you didn't show the loft?
The clothes rack in front of the window is off putting. The home is alright. I wouldn't call it the most beautiful upscale tiny house though.

This home is more than perfect. I love the kitchen. I can’t believe how big it is. I love the full-size washer and dryer all the windows in the kitchen. I love it. I’ve seen so many tiny homes. This one’s perfect.

There are no upper cabinets In the kitchen. Don't care for the industrial style. Not cozy.

Love this probably expensive house but i could do without the skulls on the walls.
@carolechenowith900 I guess the viewer has to imagine how they’d decorate the tiny house themselves to suit their own decor. The skulls are only their own decorations and I’m sure that they wouldn’t go with the house if they ever sold.

I really enjoy watching tiny home videos. My one beef is many have loft bedrooms so you would have to climb down a ladder to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. This tiny house has less of a climb down in that case - it would be good for younger adults. I'm still pretty limber and all but would seek out a design with a ground floor bedroom or maybe a gooseneck design.

A split AC would be smarter, cheaper and more energy efficient… also, these things cost too much. You can buy a fixer upper for 75-90k, put 50k into it, have a great place ON A PIECE OF LAND you own. Tiny homes have gotten out of control. It’s supposed to be an economical option, but they’re not
Agree with Denise. Very pretty but loft bedroom is a no for me. Downstairs bedroom is only thing I would accept.

This structure is somewhat shape like my grandma's 1945 built home back in Florida. I own a park model I wanted to tear down the structure I have and make somewhat of this shape somewhat a Replication of my grandma's 1945 home. But I rather have it on a no permit to move one. Lol nice home though

❤ Great layout! I would include the stackable washer/dryer in the bathroom-giving more space to the kitchen. I would also attach a table height counter for dining to the countertop and use a bullnose edge for all countertops including bathroom. TV can be placed on wall above dining area. I like the tiny house very much. ❤

I am genuinely amazed. Normally these houses do a terrible job using the space, but this actually looks like it would be comfortable and practical enough for one person or a couple to *actually live in* Usually, it's either having barely any living space or forcing people to use lofts to sleep. I do kinda question some of the design choices, like putting the electrical just in the bedroom, but overall, not bad

I do not care for a patio doors or sliding glass doors as the entrance to a house is not very safe. And it uses up too much of the wall space on top of that.
