How much $$$???
every job is different but expect anywhere from $10,000 -$20,000 depends on the job, whats needed, type of roof, do have to pour concrete, current prices of material, the prices for material are like stocks, they go up and down.
Guys you should try an electric turkey carver to cut insulation 👍 just saw it in the last video 😂
Looks dope man! Solid job.
Thanks for the kind words, I appreciate that!!!
That's inspiring, ill just add this, failure is to be taken as a learning opportunity, Work hard but also work smarter. this next part is to be taken with a grain of salt, assimilate/copy what works for what big/successful companies do in terms of what they use and how they use something. example: that tool might be expensive but if it saves you time and the final outcome/product is better, then its worth it... awesome energy btw bro!
Respect, Even when you fail, you win, you win because you learn! TRUE!
He needs the coke and honey bun.
score 1 for the old guys with the rebar trick
we've been using that trick forever, thats how I was taught.
Looks great!! Man it's been hot.
Yes the heat has been super hot!!
im more curious where to get this structure to even put the screen onto.
you can buy the metals at home depot, I get mine from a wholesale distributer because I'm a licensed contractor.
Salute!🫡 RAZA WORKING HARD AS USUAL!
Yes sir, Thanks. We appreciate that!
Thank you .
Looks great. 20/20 screen is the way to go.
yes they, get alot of no-see-ums , so the 20/20 should help alot!
Not a fan of angled fascia. Never understood the point of it.Nice rain diverters. Always looks better with the corners cut. Huge upgrade to that home. Great job.
Thanks!
Un calor extremo debe de hacer adentro de esa terraza todo negro 😂 y con el metal de 36" de alto, está bueno como un sauna
Wow that’s nice, I have lived here for 35 years and getting ready to replace the screen for the third time.
third time in 35 years is pretty good, I usually recommend every 5-10 years because this Florida heat is brutal on the screen
DeWalt all the way!!
I prefer dewalt mysef also.
Solid
"Double pay Saturday? dang! Alright, look, I need half of you to go home. In fact, call back at 9:30. I may need you for half a day after we see how these guys work. The rest of you, some good and some bad news: your'e getting double pay, but I'm gonna need you to move at twice the usual speed.. Do a good job and you can go home early! Maybe by ten.." Seriously, this is a good video presentation because you're showing what you're doing almost step by step. A fully step by step video has way too many feet in it though.
I know from experience. Both times were in the morning with wet shoes. I used to work for CRA Aluminium in Ft Myers. Got out before I got to hurt or killed.
OUCH, walking the beams is extremely dangerous
Nice job. They must be Mexicans cuz islanders won’t work that quick
I like the scaffolding. It's a lot safer than climbing the cage.
yes sir alot safer!, I've heard horror stories about guys that fell from walking the beams.
Some good looking work great place to grow some plants if you know what I mean
Thanks, and yes the knee walls surrounding the pool gives you penty of privacy.
@@solidmakersaluminum hahaha nice 🪴
Nylos suck bro
I'm not worried about the side panels, it's the one in the middle of the top of the screen ten feet up that worries me!
Yes, we use scaffolds to replace the ones on top, theres alot of guys that walk the beams, but we like the safer approach and use scaffolds with planks.

I love how the last 1/2 inch of the screws bit into anything…
Thats a 1foot by 1 foot footing he's screwing into.
Look at that dewalt putting in the work. #dewaltovermilwaukee all day
I am definatly a Dewalt man myself! Thanks for the comment!
Man, I'd be embarrassed as hell.if this were my company's short.
There no reason to be embarrassed, I have a company, I have employees, I'm my own boss, I make good money, your commenting on my video. thanks for the comments they help the video get more exposure.
Putting those big screws doesn't do anything. If there is something pulling on that wall such that you'd need those, the sheet metal screws of the studs will give out long before even 2-1/2" x 1/8" sill plate screws are ever taxed. This is a case of giving the appearance of quality work without actually increasing the quality.
not true, we are not trying to give the appearance of quality work, we are simply following engineering plans provided by The Aluminum Association of Florida. We really do provide quality work.
@@solidmakersaluminum In that case, a smart person would attribute my comment to the engineer. In your OWN words however, you say, "I wanna make sure that it's on there good and tight" and not 'the engineer wants to make sure it's on there good and tight." "Aluminum Association"? LOL man this whole "permitting" and "engineering" ridiculousness is getting out of hand.
I like his vibe😂🔥
Thanks, I'm glad i bring you good vibes, THANKS!!!!
Beautiful work brother!
Thanks, I appreciate that!
Bump start that’s sick
I was surprised it worked!
Why even post this?
Why even comment this?
Because this is how we enjoy ourselves at the job sites! Gotta have fun while you work!
@@mrchannel3760 Funny!🤣
Only if it's a manual
I wasn't sure if it was going to work, but these guys pulled it off!
Chevy rescuing a Ford.
Good One!!! That's funny because both these guys are loyal to their brand, I like Chevy better myself!
Footing
thanks, correct footing
I used to install those 20 years ago. Always made me laugh that we had to pour 5-10 tons of concrete for a system that weighs 1500 lbs. If that.
WE gotta follow engineering plans, what can you do. Are you from Florida also?
@@solidmakersaluminum oh, I know, building department too. Just thought it was ridiculous. No, mid Atlantic. I installed Temo. And branstrator? It's been awhile. Also k2, which was a uk company.
@@brianparkhurst1019 right on! I've been doing this for 20 plus years now.
Nice work ! Like the videos brother keep up the good work admiration from a fellow screener also!
Thanks, I really appreciate that! were are you from?
I am out of lake county Florida build mainly build pool cages out of Flagler , volusia county’s.
I have used a skid loader to pour concrete several times👍🏽
a skid loader works pretty well also, yes sir.
maybe a chain hoist on a rail...or a geared hand crank on a frame, a bit like the hydraulic lifts used to load skips on and off the lorry
we've tried that, with lifts used to pull up motors, but we found this way is alot quicker, still a good idea, thanks!
Use a 2x4
We currently use a steel strait bar we use to break concrete with. I fell like a 2X4 might break, I don't trust it the same.
I had a great time working on this project, fun times!
Footings dont gotta be perfect looking but a porch or a wall? Cause looks like the doors already low cant even put a step already has a step down
Butcher
Arnaldo stay fuvking something up
I was a cement finisher for years and yes I agree with the guy above it looks terrible
It looks like its already cracked
As a budding contractor I gotta agree with the guy before me that concrete looks like shit, bud
the video doesn't do it justice, but the concrete was mainly for footing purposes, with a rough broom finish, for tile overlay, as the client was going to install tile afterwards. But I still really appreciate all the comments, really, even if negative, this video has got tons of views thanks to everyone's interaction, this is the quickest most views and comments and subs I'v gotten for one video ever! THANKS! Really!! TO ALL!
