Nice job 👍❤️ Someone probably already mentioned this, but you could use a couple longer screws in places where there’s a stud, and screw to the wall. 4 would be plenty. ✌️

How did the hot glue hold up over time? I'm giving my teen a bedroom makeover for Christmas & she's asked for a tufted headboard. I know she'll lean on it though so I'm thinking E6000 will be the glue I need for this
