This is not accurate buddy, you have to stop before at the immigration building side when you enter, and go iin to door #3, for motorbikes as the sign states on the door and get your passport stamped out along with the TM2 form (2copies), the officer will stamp both and return back for your immigration exit. Only after this you proceed to the customs counter with your passport and vehicle registration card (self-owned).they will issue a customes for your vehicle (2copies) sign both copies infront of the customs officer and keep one cooy for your return exit out.

Disagree with No. 3. Malaysian rarely use signal 😂, I always see them changing lane without signal, especially the bikers. But i agree they more understanding, when we change lane/overtake they tend to giveway unlike SG drivers, especially the continental cars ( merc and bmw ) all ego one. But one thing i don't like about MY riders they tend to ride pass very close to you.

Hi :). I understand the purpose of censoring during video. So in a way, hope to check what do you "believe" the top speed of this bike is? If possible, speedometer vs GPS too. I do not fully trust the speed advertised as I have seen bikes advertised 15km higher than actual, and up to 30km different compared to GPS. So hope to have hear what you "believe" the top speed it based on your experience.

150kmph is what i believe, but it will be a slow climb after 120kmph. Maybe -10 with pillion and touring load. * - another 10 if it's used with some mileage on it

These adv bikes are more on Pickup,Torque and cargo available. If just looking at speed, we should go for zx4r, redline at 16k (power to weight 76hp to 188kg). CB400X is 47hp to 200kg, with redline 10k, all the adv are Torque biased. So cannot expect them to run fast. I think even the Africa Twin tops at 190kmph with 1100cc

In terms of speed, I'm not looking for super high, maybe about stable & comfortable 130km/h +/-5km should be good enough. Previously i was riding sportsbike and that was my comfort zone, now I'm riding adventure bike, it feels too slow, despite advertised as top speed 130, it barely can hit 105 and is already going into red rpm, so hoping to match my previous bike but not going too extreme 😅

Amsoil Metric stated 2x the recommended or 1 year but it's up to the user to judge. I do 5,000km or 1 year for my Yamaha Super Tenere altought the service manul mentioned 10,000km.

Hi there, we only tried Xmas, Forza 300, and Kymco with pillion. She mentioned that these scooters must have some form of backrest (i.e. a top box with cushion). Once you got those on, it will be comfortable for the pillion, big seat, and layback. One comment was about the Xmax side panel (the part that's pointing out) might cause discomfort on the calfs (for height below 16Xcm). Lastly, all the maxi scooters are harder to get on for the pillion as the rear seats are taller and usually wider to step over.

Personally, I never tried to push it hard before. Based on official release info, Honda states 165kmph. But I reckon it will be 140 to 150kmph at best after all the loads (accessories, ride or with pillion, etc).

Hi there, thank you for the support. I touch and feel the VS once on a trade show only. And test rode "i" before 1x around an estate. The xciting is definitely more powerful than Adv350. I felt the xciting 400i is a little heavier. I'm not sure what the price of 400vs is in your location now. I didn't buy it was mainly the repairs. Their parts are hardly to get or pretty pricey in SG as compared to yamaha/honda. If the machine price and parts are reasonable, it's definitely a good touring scooter.

It's pretty straightforward to enter singapore (SG) via motorcycle or car. Personally, I saw a few thai vehicles in SG before. I think the following are the core requirements 1) valid insurance for Singapore 2) toll paying card (autopass) 3) VEP (vehicle entry permits) You can read up the full requirements via this SG govt website: onemotoring.lta.gov.sg/content/onemotoring/home/driving/entering_and_exiting_singapore/foreign-vehicles-not-registered-in-malaysia.html#before_entering_Singapore All road signs are in English. Thus, it will be straightforward for you. Probably, you will need to look out for the parking fee (90% paid, unlikely it will be free). Most of them are being done thru cashless means (either via Cash Card or via SGParking App).

How much sense does it make to check just the top box and the bags? Does these "officiers" really think a smuggler will put the goods so obvious? Stupid check procedure. Either really check or leave it.
