  What I don't like about ANY videos explaining EKG patterns, is they always show ideal reads. Almost all the EKGs I see are hot messes, that even if it's a pattern I know easily on something like this video, it takes a bit to separate the static from the actual read

  I’m 30 & was diagnosed with bipolar 2 back in 2019. I’ve struggled ever since with highs & lows. Meds help when I’m consistent & stable, but I get so manic that I stop taking them, it’s been over a year & I haven’t been stable since. Bipolar has caused me financial hardship, had to file bankruptcy in 2021, having sex with ppl I would never even look at, overindulge in alcohol, marijuana & partying! Recently I went through something so traumatic causing me to go into psychosis & doing things I had no idea I was doing, which caused a strain on a close relationship with my brother. I’ve been in intensive therapy for the past month, 4xs a week, yes it’s helping & im grateful, but I still struggle. I completely lost my mind yesterday & tried to hurt someone & the cops were called, a report was taken & now it’s just the waiting game to determine if I’ll be charged. I’ve been so upset since because I had no clue what I was doing until after the police left. I hate living with this disorder, I’m currently working on being consistent with my treatment. I wana give up so bad but Google said u can take 100 pills & just wake up with a stomach ache, I don’t wana waste my time, so I’m forced to live in hell. I pray God gets me through this because I have kids to live for 🥹

  My husband is bipolar and I am at a loss as to what to do right now. We are about to lose everything because of his spending and missing work. He went off his meds because he said he wanted to be manic so he would have more energy. He chose to do this to us...I cannot believe anything he says. My stress level is through the roof and we have 3 kids still at home to take care of. I don't even want to look at him right now. We've been married almost 32 years and I always have to try and clean up the mess he makes. He does thr bad things a d we suffer the consequences 😔
