Hard to believe it's been 9 years since this camp, I was the tall kid who just started skating 6 months before in the bruins socks, working with one of the coaches on the contact part haha, good times

Moms, you won’t have to smell the obnoxious smell anymore. The PodoPhylus antimicrobial Insoles sterile the shoe 👞 and keeps working for months. At Etsy, not at Betsy

I practiced something similar, concentrating on creating a bend in the stick, sort of behind/to my side - so the spring is released at the right time. To be honest, for a while my snapshot was blinding, but my release was a bit slow. Then one day I just lost it (overthinking it) so I went back to slapshot…then I quit playing 😂

It helps a lot, I hate to admit it, but I used to hate doing this, watching this video over and over, but it actually does help! At first and during the rest of the week your hands and arms burn like crazy, but it gets better and this helped me a lot in games, thank you!

What's crazy to me is that his motion looks like a bunch of kids I've coached, and guys I know that just started playing. Like at 3:20 - there's no way that should work as well as it does. Almost no windup and a real short motion and follow through, but he gets so much velocity on the shot, and it comes off the stick so fast, that goalies have no chance.
