Thank you for this!! Awesome story and insight on an absolute classic. Thanks for fighting for it Jon!! We are all grateful.
So good
How did i not know that he drums on sooooooo many of the songs why is he not on the former member wiki
Tell me about it. AND....I think he still serves as councilman for LaPalma, CA, his local town. Look up Marshall Goodman on wiki. You'll find him.
a good sacred way to up on a thursday m☀️rn🎶 & everyday 😊👍🏼xo Patty (friend of the dear Matt Bergman Groopie) ❤
Interestingly, not the first time that Sublime would need to clear a sample with the Gershwin estate. Sublime also featured Gershwin's 'Rhapsody in Blue' in the saxophone solo on "What Happened."
No Wait Marshall Goodman had other nicknames from Brad nowell… in Jesus Christs name we pray amen.
excellent vid man
Thanks. Trying to do more soon!
Is that Devin and Chiquis from the Expanders????!
I love Chris Murray, hes a family favorite
I’ve read about the history of this but it was way cooler to watch it straight from the source.
THANKS! We're trying to get budget together so that we can start putting up even more.

Real Sublime fans know this is the weakest song on the Self titled
No one is debating whether it is or isn't, but it's perfectly where it is supposed to be
Untrained voices turned into master harmonies.
Where in the hell is the location of brads place where there all in the pool ?
Jon is a good man. People. Without him. Truly. We wouldn't have self titled album....Jon. Peace bud. Jw Philly ace rns¾ busloop crew
A Márcia ainda esta muito gata parabéns.

Bushman - mother earth 😊
@@Madskankerthanks a lot.
Story gave me the goosebumps!
Thank you.
This guy has no clue what he's talking about he's focusing on the technical aspect which is MEANINGLESS. Reggae is sacred because the rastas were enduring a 20 year ethnic cleansing campaign. Reggae music was their desperate cries for help. Listen to the God damn lyrics those aren't fake they are all real. I shot the sheriff was a true story about a rasta named Rudolph Franklin. That's what makes Reggae unique. It's the shield that protects the rastas and all jamaicans... Typical arrogance to talk like you know shit when you hear the fucking songs but never once listen to the words.
You misunderstand. "This guy" is Roger Steffens, one of the most renowned reggae scholars in the world. His knowledge of the music is encyclopedic. He knows perfectly well about the oppression of Rastas in Jamaica and elsewhere. Here's a question for you: If reggae music is sacred (and I believe it is), why do you describe the lyrics as "God damn?"
As it says its the HEART BEAT 1 2 , 1 2 . RASTA MUSIC IS JAH JAH ( HEAD CREATOR) MUSIC. LET JAH GUIDE N HE( H.I.M.) WILL PROVIDE. BLESS
Bradley's on microphone with ras mg
